She could not have been more helpful, kind or patient and she was a life saver today. I made a point of letting the manager know that I thought she was incredible. I watched her handle everyone with grace, and that even included someone who threw a loud rude tantrum at her because the printer was broken and she lost 89 cents. I thought that kind of stuff only happened on TikTok. I got some real perspective about being in someone else's shoes. As for me, I was extremely grateful today to have a local Staples and Josie there to be of such help today. Thank you.
