The store appeared to be well kept and organized. However, some machines wasn't fully operational. Needed to print a large number of a PowerPoint program for a special service. So, I went to this location as they opened their doors. They had only one worker on shift and definitely needed another worker because it was a steady stream of customers flowing in. Since the self-service machines was not reading my drive, I had to go to the counter for assistance. The young lady tried to work my order and also the next customer at the same time. Especially when I'm paying $30 additional for same day Rush service...focus on me and not multitask!! read more

FedEx just lost my business if my experience is valid. I filled out an overnight shipping label at home and brought it to the store to pay and ship. Lady claimed she couldn't use it and needed to swipe my license instead to prefill the data and ship. I said, "are you serious?" She said, "it's for your protection." My protection? Against what - someone paying $50 to ship my overnight package for me. I loathe businesses saying things are for my protection. I told her that was creepy and left. Completely Big Brother, Brave New World - ick! And you know, the masses are handing over their licenses not even thinking about it or questioning why. Was really surprised and happy this afternoon with the service I received at the Bridgeport Ave Office. Many businesses don't treat their customers this way. The young gentleman who helped me was actually pretty phenomenal. Seemed to know the ins and outs of the job and seemed to be the go to person. Perhaps a manager, not sure. Patiently Guided me as well as another older gentleman through using the equipment from start to finish. He was notably very professional. The other 2 or 3 other associates also were friendly and professional with customers. The only thing I noticed is that the landlord really should fix that ceiling leak so the eyesore tarp with drainage hose can be removed. read more

Placed an order online. Was informed on pick up that it was not ready and wouldn't be until days later. I worked with Vinny in the Shelton location and he went out of his way to fix it and get me what I needed for my sons Graduation. He basically recreated the entire graphic and stayed 15 minutes past closing time to help. I hope companies like FedEx recognize when employees go out of their way to keep customers happy. I was at the store before , the service is very expensive to send documents overseas . I was treated very disrespectful when , my shipment didnt arrive at promise time . I requested to file a claim over the phone multiple times . I felt like that they have employees they are very unprepared to deal when problems arise . I felt like they were playing with me , very fishy , I am very mad with the service rendered to me , I am very dissastisfied with the whole thing . My number evaluation for their job performance is enourmous much much below zero in the scale to the left very negative . Horrible performance .Not a single manager / supervisor bother to call me to find out about my grievance . Recently we needed Mass cards printed for a memorial service. The staff was friendly and professional and had our cards to us within 24 hours. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. We had to return to copy fax and print additional items. Again great job by the staff. This rating would be five stars but unfortunately the woman at the fax service desk did not share the professionalism or friendliness of the other staff. read more

I had quite a few glossy posters made at the Shelton location for a very important meeting with a critical timeframe. When the prints were picked up by my delivery person and brought back to the office, they had streaks and lines running through them. When we called Shelton, they admitted the machine was not working, but neglected to tell us so. We ended up bringing the posters back to the Orange location to be reprinted, but we did miss the critical timeframe of a very important meeting. read more

Needed to open an account to ship a package internationally. There were no customers there except us. No one was willing to help beyond telling me to call customer service and they would assist. Ok. I called but lost an operator while being on hold due to survey message twice. Asked the team there for help. They said it was not their job, don't know how to help, sorry. I do not ship things often but when I do I feel as though it is always a catastrophe and complicated. Alfonso was lovely in helping me figure out the fastest way to ship to a school on an island. He was so nice and made sure I knew I missed the last pick up for the day (which was all my fault not his). HIs customer service was so on point and he was just overall pleasant and nice. I left feeling relieved and confident. Then I realized after they were closed that I had put the wrong item in and I needed to fix that. I was that obnoxious customer at the door the next day at opening (there was another lady as well) Alfonso was there again this time by himself and he was just wonderful and lovely to both of us. HIs kindness and knowledge truly improved my day. He helped me fix my error and made the process simple and easy. He had patience and kindness at 7:30 in the morning when he had been at work till at least 7 the night before. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism. read more
