I used this establishment today. My total wait time was ... less than one minute, but then again it was 11:00 AM and there wasn't really any lines. Dropped my parcel and out in ... (total IN to OUT) I would say less than 3 min. The staff, to me, were professional enough, but then again, I only had to drop off a PrePaid Package. But people out there, you gotta remember one thing... the staff is Federal Employees, and short of them killing someone, or being caught sniffling from the cash drawer, NOTHING is gonna get them fired, so theoretically, they don't give a Flying F about customer service. It is just like any other Government Agency... like the Motor Vehicle Dept. all over country ... slow as hell and not really concerned about customer service or the feelings of said customers... so that is not something specific to just this establishment. read more

I've come here all the time. I really enjoy that you can acess the lobby 24/7. This works with my unpredictable schedule. During normal business hours I must admit the lines can be verryy long. Sometimes you may catch the cashier on a bad day (expecting you to know all the new protcols and pricing on shipping) but all in all every worker I've encountered there have been professional and helpful. Also, just because you can acess the lobby on your own, if its after closing do not try to sneak on the already existing line. The don't play that. read more

Whenever I go into this post office I am apprehensive as to how my experience will go. I usually stand in line and get the next employee which does not turn out well for me. I find some of the people working there rude and acting like they are happy to help but are not really. I have tried not to write a review as I know this reflects the way people do their job. I can understand their frustration as everyone else's who has to work under these trying conditions but at least be civil to the customers. read more

I wish I could give a one star but not an option. My first time visiting this location due to this location close at 2 pm later than the other location. Rude service. I check my receipt and see there is a location listed twice on my receipt. I ask can I see the address and clerk #20 refuse to let me see the package. She said once they ring up the the package nothing the clerk can do. I got my husband to call and he's standing in the post office and she tells him the packages are gone. We are looking directly at the package. I will now have to dispute with my credit card. They package can not be replaced due to location it came from. I'm not sure who else to speak with to even get my package due to when I call clerk#20 hangs up. read more

Bad. Bad. Bad. I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. The staff is very rude and very unhelpful. If you have to go here just use the automated machine in the front to send small packages and letters. The staff is so intolerable, it will save you a lot of aggravation to not have to deal with them. I need to update my review because I have just received another notice from an eBay seller that the post office in Stratford has broken another one of my items. They are the worst customer service for a post office I have ever experienced. They have no regard for when I say something is fragile and mark as fragile and this is the third time it has gotten to a customer broken because of their lack of caring. I come to this location because it's close to my home and every time they are rude and nasty. The line is always long and not very helpful. I came to get my passport and the lady 4 people in front of me was sent away because she forgot her documents I get up to the line and I'm told to wait because someone else was being taken care of. The lady comes back in 5 min into my wait and they take her telling me she's been waiting. Poor customer service. The guy was hitting on her the whole time. I'm completely disgusted by this post office employees. The girl again forgot her documents and the guy waited for her to get it and left me waiting. Horrible customer service. I came prepared even had the forms filled out!!! read more
