I ship at least 10 packages via Ground (containing hazardous liquid), weekly. I'm pretty considerate, chill, patient. I have a sense of humor.... But wow, this store is AWFUL. The gentleman at the counter was so condescending and rude, almost immediately, and had no idea what services FedEx offers. (If you don't know, just ask, rather than making stuff up). Aggressively tried to tell me he couldn't accept a package with a FedEx label, and I needed to go to USPS (which is backwards with SmartPost). Then he said they don't accept ANYTHING with a hazardous materials label.... Um. Ok. None of the other staff members attempted to help, they just circled, pretending to be busy. Booooo! We've had multiple poor experiences here, and today was the nail in the coffin. I was following my sister's recommendation to go to FedEx for best prices on shipping, but the line has over 10 people deep with one guy behind the shipping counter. The parking lot is hard to get into and the bells and whistles of the store in no way make up for the ALWAYS slow service. I was happy to load up my four big boxes up and drive two blocks over to the FedEx competitor. No line at all and two friendly guys ready to serve. What a difference! For years now, I have brought all my personal and professional printing to FedEx Kinkos and they have done an excellent job.  I credit this all to the manager, Mac Van Daens who I have followed from location to location (no stalking involved!) over time.  He and his staff are always very helpful and very patient even though I use an antiquated desktop publishing program that is full of quirks and bugs.  Mac is knowledgeable and friendly and will work with me until my brochure of flyer, etc. is exactly how I need it to be.  He and his team are reliable and responsive.  The location is right off the highway with convenient parking.  The store is bright and clean and a pleasant environment to work in if needed.  I no longer worry about how my projects will turn out because I know that Mac and his staff will always be there to make viable, cost effective recommendations.  Whether you know what you are doing or need a lot of hand holding with your printing needs, Mac is there with a professional and welcoming helping hand. read more

I used the online upload to print service. I had a dozen or so individual manuals to print out for a project. The original order was $237 worth. I was hesitant to use FedEx Office because of the cost compared to competitors. However, after experiencing the exemplary customer service provided by Liaquat, I understand the price difference is very much worth the quality. Liaquat caught a mistake in the order I made and he went above and beyond. He saved me lots of time and prevented me from frustration and hassle. I saw him do the same with another customer. It wasn't just that, he greeted me and other customers with genuine smiles and kindness. He obviously takes pride in his work. I hope FedEx knows how lucky they are to have Liaquat as an employee. He's the kind of employee that keeps customers loyal. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of him. read more

I sell and ship a lot through the Mercari app and they give you the choice of carriers when shipping and i almost always choose FedEx if it's a choice between them and UPS mainly because UPS charges to print labels. This location is the closest as I live in Springfield and the employees are both friendly and helpful! Fed Ex gets the job done but if you are looking for friendly and reliable customer service do not come here. I placed an order via email and was assured that it would be done by 11 am. I stopped by at 11:30 to pick up the order to give them extra buffer time and they could not find my name in the system. After looking around for the order they informed me that the person printing it got sick and did not complete the job. Then they asked me to step aside so they could help the next customer. One would assume that they would be taking care of the problem but after waiting around for several minutes dumbly I went back to inquire about the status of my order and the sales person refused to even make eye contact with me and told me it would be another 30 minutes. I had told him that I was with my daughter and it was her nap time and he just coldly said you can wait in a corner. I understand things happen but for him to not acknowledge that something was wrong in the first place and offer no apology when I inquired about my order was really infuriating. Customer service goes a long way and the rude counterperson really made a bad impression on me. Another person (who had a better attitude) called me later to pick up my order and also apologized which made me feel better which is the only reason why I'm giving this place two stars. I also went home and ordered a new home printer in my downtime to minimize my interactions with this shop in the future. read more

Emoniay and the team were phenomenal walking me through the process and had the business cards the following morning. In addition to the great customer service, she recommended in store products that will no doubt elevate our presence and presentation to another level. I have used Street FedEx P Since it was a Kinko's. I have shipped packages, made photos, Had a passport photo made and have had a couple of booklets produced. I have always found the staff to be exceptionally nice and helpful. I've moved a little distance away from it and that is to my grief. I'll just have to drive the extra miles when I need another project done. read more

I used this office to print 2 sheets of paper for a Tabletop RPG game a few friends of mine are planning to play. For some reason, that cost me $10. There was no notification that this is how much it would cost - in fact, it said it would cost $1.50!!!! Called as soon as I saw that charge on my bank account and the man who picked up was incredibly rude. Said something about a "$10 hold" on my account. S L O W service, unfriendly staff, and idiotic policies! I hitched a ride with a friend to mail a package. Once inside the store, there were 3 of us waiting to be served, not unusual, anytime of day. I forgot my mask, but as soon as I remembered it, 3 more came in behind me. Not gonna lose my place in the line for that. After more than 5 minutes waiting, I finally got up to the counter and this young guy boredly asked for my ID. Again, having hitched a ride, I only had a credit card to pay for the shipping. I told him I had nothing and he kind of wandered away. A minute or so later, he came back with a mask. I thought it was odd he didn't say anything, so I thanked him and put it on. Anyway, back to the ID. No, I do not have anything other than my credit card. I even showed him. And get this... he then asked "you don't have any ID in your car?" As if he thought I was lying. I've shipped from here before, ALWAYS with a long wait and ALWAYS with employees a step up from a hamburger joint. (Wait, that's not fair to hamburger joint employees.) The new ID requirememt is stupid... they're not a government entity and my ID is not required for shipment. They just don't want to hire employees with enough sense to type out names and addresses. My advice? There's a UPS store around the corner with tons if helpful staff who do not ask for ID to mail a package. What's worse than slow? Slow and incompetent. What's worse than slow and incompetent? Slow, incompetent and RUDE! I came here to pick up a Walmart order. There were no signs saying which desk to go to for pick up. So I went over to the only desk that had an employee there at the time. There were two people in front of me and service was SLOW. Eventually I talk to Employee #1 and he says he'll get someone to help me. Eventually he brings Employee #2, who tells me to wait for Employee #3. When Employee #3 comes (he may have been Middle Eastern or Hispanic), I tell him I'm there to pick up a Walmart package and he acts annoyed and says I'm supposed to go to the desk on the right side, then TURNS HIS BACK ON ME. I look over to my right and see that the line for the right desk, which had zero people before and no employee at that desk before, is now about 15 people long. Now remember, they serve customers at a snail's pace and I had already been there for quite some time. So I go the right side desk and explain what happened and the guy tells me I have to go all the way back to the end of the long line! At this point I explain that I spoke with three employees already, the first two of whom didn't even tell me to go to the right desk when it had no line! Only when other customers start looking at me getting angry do they actually do anything and give me the package. Seriously how hard is it to go get the ONE PACKAGE and give it to me when I've been waiting forever?! I will be contacting Walmart and recommending they not use this business for pickup any longer. read more

I came here this morning to print a document from my Cousin's iPad. I am unfamiliar about the iPad and didn't know that it is not possible to use a USB thumb drive to transfer files. I had to flag down one of the Associates for assistance. She explained that the only way to print a document from the iPad would be to email it to them. Since this is not my iPad or email, I was not clear about how I could access that. I also found out that I needed to log into the network in order to access their WiFi. By that time, the Associate has walked away and appeared to be working on some other copy job. She seemed irritated when I asked her for the WiFi password 'Hold on' I was told. She came back about a minute later and offered further assistance in gaining access to my Cousin's email so we could forward it to them to be printed. read more

I've used the copy and print services a couple of times and although it got the job done, problems always persisted. On my last visit all I wanted to do was make two copies but it took 20 min. First the printer was out of paper and then the system malfunctioned by not letting me print only the first page of a document without charging me for the second page as well. Ended up paying for a blank page, I wasn't annoyed about the money but more about how inconvenient the process was. Staff will help eventually, just not in time. I suggest investing in a good printer to avoid trips here. I wouldn't trust them with any large and expensive orders because FedEx employees simply don't put the time and effort that they used to do back in the days. read more

This place sucks the biggest one! Went here to get two black and white copies and the self-service copier took me for three copies for 13 cents each while using the Kinko's card. Since I was down three copies and couldn't get anyone to help me with the self-service copier, I went to the customer service desk and got complete shade from a counterperson with a stank a** attitude. This is the latest time I got attitude from the service desk when in need of help. The FedEx website's cost estimator said that my package would cost $12-13 to ship. I arrived at the store and the employee gruffly told me that it would be $19.09. He did not care that there was such a price discrepancy. So I left. A little later that afternoon, I chatted with FedEx online customer service who agreed that the postage should have been in the $12-13 range. End result - don't go here; they will screw you over. The WORST FedEx location I have ever been to. I come in on a busy Friday UNDERSTANDABLE to have a wait. I am in line where I've ALWAYS stood and makes most sense. Two more people come in and make their own line so I tell them the line is over here and PETER (associate) tells them they are in the right line COMPLETELY disregarding that myself and another customer have been waiting saying "there's only "one" line?! This imaginary line has NO MARKERS showing it is "the line". So I have to argue that I'm here first?!?! Ridiculous how rude and unaware people are. I love that associates can make up invisible lines when they aren't even conscious of the situation!!! Then it took 15 mins for an additional associate to step up and help the line out. I visited this location from NYC at 1:20am to print some materials for a big 9:30am meeting. I had a colleague call this location 8 hrs prior to give them the heads up that I would be coming late and what I would need printed. They assured us that it wouldn't be a problem. I had a very short interaction with Akabr (manager there) and I can honestly say that I have never had awful customer service in my life. He immediately refused to help me, said I was only able to help myself at the do it yourself kiosk (it was 1:20am and I was the only one there). Everything he said was rude - talked over me and would not let me speak or discuss with him; he accused me of bringing alcohol into the store (it was a clear glass bottle of water). I immediately walked outside crying to find another FedEx. Luckily there was another 24hr location nearby-I called that location and they said they would gladly help me. When I walked back in to get his name, he said if I didn't leave immediately, he'd call the police. As a young woman, alone in a strange city at 1:30am, I am disgusted with Akabr's behavior and believe he should be fired immediately. I have had very pleasant experiences with FedEx (printing very similar things at similar hours) and have never had a problem until now. If this Fedex location lost a small package you sent on or around Friday 1/31/2020, message me directly because I might have the item. Fedex sent our company this item in error, since they accidentally printed out a label twice, putting one label on the correct box and the other label on a completely unrelated, random package. We tried calling this Fedex location to help locate this lost package, however they said there was no way they could connect the item to the correct label.... They also said our company could pay for the return label and return shipping, to correct Fedex's mistake, only for the lost package to sit in lost packages for X amount of days and potentially be destroyed. If your company makes a mistake, you need to be willing to correct it, and pay the costs to correct it. You can't just send random packages to random places and accept no accountability. Worst FedEx I've ever tried to use. On more than one occasion I've tried to ship from there and they've tried to charge more than necessary for the shipment by adding 1" to each dimension of the box. They'll say they do that to "make sure there's room in the truck", which is total b.s.. I was there when I heard another customer accuse them of doing the same to him.
