I tried to work with them but for some reason or another, the format wasn't right or this designer is the one they work with but they are out of business. So, I looked around for another place and went to Xtrem Graphics. I had the design and that was all they needed. They were so helpful!!! They sent me a proof a day or two later and it was EXACTLY what I had always envisioned. I gave the go ahead and I am now the proud owner of the only Atreides flag I will probably ever see. But it's mine and I love it. It's beautiful and Xtrem Graphics made it happen.

The company I work for has a merchandise store set up through Tailored Printing. I ordered a…read moret-shirt with the company logo, and requested it be shipped to my home address. Upon receiving a confirmation email about my order, I was also directed to the Shop App, which I guess they have customers use to track when their orders ship and deliver. I placed this order 3 months ago, and a month ago noticed the order was set to a status of 'Shipped' on the Shop App. There was no tracking number or anything beyond that. Since then there has been no update to the status of the order, and I still have not received what I had already purchased and paid for. My complaint, however, is about their lack of response to the situation. I have for a month now been reaching out to the company via the email address of the confirmation order, the contact us option on the merchandise store website, the shop app option to contact the seller of your purchase, and by flat out looking up email addresses for who to contact on their company website. Out of the handful of email addresses (in which I provided the confirmation order number, a copy of the confirmation email, a screen shot of the shop app order status, etc), I have received NO RESPONSE or any kind of follow up regarding my purchase. They got my money months ago, but have no concern regarding the fulfillment of my order. I will 100% never order any company merch moving forward, and have started reaching out to people at the company I work with in hopes they find a better printing service for the company store....esp since Tailored Printing can't be bothered to answer an email about a customer order.
