Delivery drivers don't come to your door they just put in that recipient wasn't home for signature. We have door cameras where the hell were you. Get it together this isn't a package that needs to be bouncing around back and forth I will absolutely never ever use FedEx due to the lazy drivers. read more

I tried return an item, and they didn't even say hi to me and asked to me that it's cost $15 for the box. Actually, I brought the box from my house, but they said the box isn't good. I don't know why they tried to charge me $15 for the small box. after all I am fine with about five dollars for a small box but they tried to charge me $15 it's ridiculous , I feel like a scam .I believe my box is good enough for shipping. If I would have known how this FedEx Office store's employees so don't care, I wouldn't have wasted my efforts. They've got the minimalist work "attitude" going on here too. I was shipping in my own box with alcohol brand references, and they've said that it's against their policies?! Even though NO alcohol's being shipped? Makes little sense to me. I think that they just wanted to sell me a FedEx Office box. They're idiots here. One "ring nosed" employee I had asked for about in transit times didn't even know. Isn't that part of her job? It had taken me about 45 mins. to accomplish a self service package with little assistance. Either go to another store but don't waste your time and money here. read more

Horrible service every time I try to use them. Employees act busy so they don't have to help you. When they finally do they always say my box can't be shipped. It is either an issue of it is not square or it is compromised. I have never had an issue at any other location but always this location. In fact one employee if he sees me will always help and he says it doesn't matter. It's the older blond lady and the older dark curly headed guy who have the issue. Got my printing order wrong. They did not charge me for the extra copies. It did take too long to copy for me.

This place sucks very badly, would not give me my package because my DL had my old address, even though I had the drop off slip from fed ex and had been in the store two days ago where a gentlemen employee told me that when I come back with a larger car to get the pkg. all I needed was my dL with my name on it. This was bad information as he was there and would not back me up snd the lady was a total KAREN even though fed ex customer service said it was policy to give me my pkg with correct name on dL and they had already seen bills with my correct address. I have been using this location for about four months with one to two shipments a week. I use their boxes that you can purchase to ship due to the size of my material. Today was the first time that I was informed that I need to pay an extra $5 to completely fill my box. To add insult to injury, the box that I've always been charged $4 for is now apparently $8. The girl that I delt with had a very good condescending attitude and it was very easy to detect her sarcasm when she said she was "trying to make it easier for me". I will never use this location again and will use our UPS acct to ship from here on out. read more

This location at 71st and Riverside is to be avoided, if you can! Since this company is so large, they seem to get away with terrible service. Let me itemize the problems at the location that I've used now for a year, but today decided - never again! 1.) Not only are you not greeted upon arrival, you are not even ACKOWLEDGED! I am a big man, so hardly invisible, but I am at FedEx Kinkos! When you do get to the counter, the attitude is like "what do I need to do to get you out of the way" (not always, but enough to make note). 2.) The wait time is beyond reasonable. There will be 3 customers in the store, and 4 employees. Yet, only one person helping the customers, and therefore, a very long wait. 3.) I initially would bring my jump drive to have items printed. That worked reasonably well, considering the previous comments. However, an employee suggested I begin emailing to "reduce" my wait time, because the document would already be available when I get there. 4.) NOT! ONE TIME in the year I've been going there, has the document been ready! After that, I have to endure the long wait in line (if I'm not first), THEN wait for them to "find" my document. After finding, the questions on how I want it, even though the instructions are in the email (per their initial instructions to me on sending method). Here recently, after about a 12-15 minute wait, I finally get my turn :YEAH!!! Well, she had trouble finding it - real trouble. After finding it, you'll never guess...... The machine broke down, requiring me to come back the next day. 5.) So, now, the reason for finally bashing them on a review - I send a document today, and get the reply I usually get ("We have this ready"). But, the guy goes to the computer after being given my name, and says "I don't see anything", making no attempt to ask other employees whether they copied it or not. I asked if it might have been copied already, he says they don't do it that way (even though I know they DO!). He says give it a minute to come through. I talk to the assistant manager "Miguel" and tell him, "I have an email that states the document is ready"; He says "resend the document". Well, I traveled three miles to pick up the document, and to resend is to go back those three miles, and travel back to the store AGAIN. Not a fair option for a guy who has an email stating it is READY! I asked him if there are other things, like employees who could have it ready for me, and he insists that is not possible, although he doesn't ask any of them. He begins telling me what "I NEED TO DO", instead of finding the document. He then began talking down to me, as if I didn't go through the process correctly. I explained to him, I've had a number of different instructions, depending on which employee is there, and I have followed every instruction given. He says the email I got meant nothing because it's just an "auto response". I told him I received the auto response, and that this one came minutes AFTER that response, and why would an auto response tell me my document is ready. To boil this down, this guy basically blamed me for everything, and not ONCE was I, the CUSTOMER ever told that he would rectify anything; not once did he simply say "sir, sorry for the inconvenience, and if you'll just send it again, we'll get it right this time". The reason I'm angry, isn't because of the mistake, but because of MULTIPLE mistakes by them, and MULTIPLE differing instructions by them, and yet, this guy talked down to me, condescending and arrogant, with ZERO resolution ability, (no desire to resolve); gets the customer (me) angry, but then turns the tables like he did nothing but try to "help me", and my anger is unwarranted. Of course, that only made me more upset. 6.) While I know my little needs won't hurt their bottom line, should I stop using them, I decided to try the "Quick Print" that is closer to my job. I brought in the jump drive, (after going back to my job empty handed , and loaded it on there), and when I walked in the door, guess what I received? Acknowledgment/Greeting! Wow! Not once at FedEx! Then, after he took my jump drive, another customer came in, and you know what he did then? "I'll be right with you in a moment ma'am". So, there is a place that understands customer service! I had 20 pages I needed to be copied, he got me in and out within FOUR MINUTES! I wait four minutes at FedEx just for one customer in front of me to finally get his/her comments across to the lone employee assigned to "help". Long story longer, this place (FedEx Kinkos) is the absolute pinnacle of poor customer service. Yes, the quality is good, but so is every other print place. Yet, the "other" place acts like they want customers. I don't know how the other "sister" stores stack up, but this one is the bottom end of poor. I am in the customer service industry, and have worked on every level. If I had given just half as bad service as these people, I wouldn't have had a job! read more

I travel frequently for work and often need to ship a 70 lb case with iPads in it for for my classes. I have used FedEx services around the US for shipping the case to and from my primary work location but had the worst experience at this location. The representative saw me open and close the case several times as I was preparing it and then watched me lock it. She then told me that I wound need to physically bring the case behind the counter and then unlock and open it so she could inspect the contents because I had insured it at a high rate. Once this was complete she told me I needed to lift the case on to a scale to verify the weight that I put on the form. I told her it was 70 lbs and I know that because I had it weighed when it was shipped out. She said that didn't matter, that she had to verify the weight. It was 68 lbs. She quickly made the correction to my shipping label. Very rude to me the whole time and did not offer any assistance. I have never received this type of gauntlet treatment for shipping at any other FedEx Office locations. I will not be returning here and will use another location in Tulsa next time. read more

I have tried to use Fedex twice. The first time I tried to ship a weed eater to Houston. I had them pack it and when they were finished, I didn't know if the item would arrive with any wrapping at all. Then after 3 weeks they informed me they couldn't deliver it...to a very large business. Said they couldn't find it. So we drove to the business and returned it. Now at this location, I arrive with everything boxed and a prepaid labeled and they tell me I can't use the box on one as it is "bulging". I am trying to send a memory foam mattress back, try getting one of those in a box that doesn't bulge. The woman didn't care what it was, just wanted it in another box. So what this means is I'll never use Fedex again and will always be sure to let everyone know what kind of service Fedex gives it's customers. I have used UPS and never had a problem.
