They get to everyone in a timely manner and get them what they need or clearly tell you what documents you're missing and request you come back with the information once you have it. On a previous visit, they even told me about a form I had no idea about that saved me a great deal. 100% recommend going to this agency!

i went to the tag agency a few weeks ago to request a new driver license after i'd lost the…read moreprevious license, which surprisingly still has not surfaced. i'd entered at around 2pm, and was told the next available appointment was at 4pm, if i've remembered correct, so i'd gone to lunch before the appointment, and returned about thirty minutes prior. luckily, the worker in the office at the back of the business, in charge of driver licenses, called me about 15 minutes before the tentative appointment time. she also gathered the information and took the picture efficiently, with a friendly demeanor. though i'd not asked her name, she was wearing a stylish black eskimo joe sweater with purple and teal print, and explained to me that the sweater is given to workers at the tag agency when i'd asked if she has been to the now closed eskimo joe offshoot italian restaurant, joeseppi. no pun intended with offshoot pun and osu stillwater mascot. then, while i'm not certain that the worker gave me an expected time of arrival for the driver license, she did notify me that the license would arrive via mail, rather than the expectation with which i'd entered the tag agency of receiving the license there on the same day. that said, the license arrived the most recent saturday, and while the arrival was a little later than i'd expected, the difference between expectation and result was rather harmless. service requested - new driver license, not yet expired quality - service and license quality were excellent value - $25 and tax was relatively reasonable, though prorated price depending on date of expiration for license not expired seems appropriate, though it may have been already

We bought a custom computer from Wholesale computers…read more Unfortunately the price was not wholesale. Computer parts have skyrocketed so I cannot in good conscience complain. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. She guided our choices without insulting our intelligence or choices. I recommend this store if you want to invest in a real computer tailored to your needs and desires. They make off the shelf computers an inferior choice.

I asked what size it would be if she didn't cut and she said 8.5x11, I said it didn't matter either way. When I finally went to pay, she charged me around $3.50 to cut the paper. All of which took her 5 seconds on a cutting machine. She didn't tell me it would cost more for her to spend 5 extra seconds to cut it. I like supporting local but this was a frustrating experience.

Never did receive a return call. The young man that delivered the cabinet was very nice and apologized for the late delivery. I was very impressed with this young man and hope he does well with his future education.

service requested…read more i'd went to the computer shop last friday to seek a solution to the plugin port of the chromebook charger i was using having got bent. i'd originally asked if the charger had the potential for repair, to which the worker who came out from the back of the store upon me entering replied he did not believe so. however, he showed me the replacement option available at the store, and effectively explained that the replacement features an outlet cube separate from the usb c charging cord that plugs into the laptop, in comparison to the previous charger, in which the charging cube and cord are attached. and further, after deciding to buy the replacement charger, i asked the worker if the store recycles irreparable electronics, to which he said yes, that being the most appealing aspect of the guest experience to me. nevertheless, while he did not clarify to me how often the store recycles the electronics, i'd decided leaving the damaged charger for the store to recycle was worth some wait to avoid a couple mile trip to the natural evolution electronic recycling center while i've got barely any other electronics to recycle. quality the quality of the anker brand no. 1 model charger i'd bought has been satisfactory, charging the chromebook effectively, and while i'm no longer capable at the moment of precisely comparing the charging speed of the replacement charger to the previous one, it seems to me to charge more quickly. value while i'd not checked the price of a matching model chromebook charger before going to the store, and neither during nor after the experience, the price of 59.99 plus tax seemed high but not exorbitant.
