Maybe get someone working who has a little competence. Just waited for 30 minutes trying to print something after using usb and the worker just watches me struggle. I then email the file and they can't access. Then the worker proceeds to help other people in the store when pressing print should take 1 second. Edit: Postal annex helped me print. In 30 seconds I was in and out, highly recommend instead of ups store. Also allowed me to print directly from usb. read more

Pros: I really like this location. I prefer it to the other locations near my workplace. Service is fast. There's never a long wait. The staff here and the other customers are way more polite. The self service machine is never broken. Cons: I hate this parking lot. It's small it's cramped. I feel like there are parking spots going in every direction. read more

I came here on July 19, 2019 because my usual store located on 95th and Delaware was closed for remodeling and doesn't open again until Monday, July 22nd. Well I had a couple of Amazon returns to make and didn't want to wait for Monday. I already had the boxes prepared and was simply doing a drop off. There were 2-3 people ahead of me but they had forms to fill out apparently. The UPS clerk asked if I was just dropping off which I confirmed. She asked me sit the packages on the scale and finished up with me in about 20 seconds. I appreciate that kind of service! She was quick and courteous and didn't leave the other people ahead of me waiting since they were filling forms out. I'd recommend this UPS location! Hanks for the quick service! read more

Always helpful and friendly, they have made my PO box rental more of a business partnership. I have had them shred boxes of documents, pack massive shipments (an electric bike return), have Napa wine clubs delivered here,bring all of my usps shipping here- they are great! read more

I walked into this business and three guys in their late teens/early twenties were playing imaginary swords with each other behind the counter and didn't seem to want my business. I asked a question and one of the guys responded back in a snarky way so I left. read more

Three calls, to get a price on a freight shipment. Could not find the time to do it, cost me 4 days on shipping my item. I was told "we are really busy". I'm a customer too! Went to another store, was done in 15 minutes and shipped out the following evening. Spent nearly $400 read more

Terrible customer service! 3 people working and they had an issue with the computer getting my stuff into the computer. Instead of moving over to the other computer I had been waiting about 15 at this point and she proceeded to help the 5 people that came in after me and experienced issues with them to BUT moved them over to the other computer to get them taken care of while I'm still standing there waiting on her to resolve my issue. Also never communicated the issue to me, the other employee was as speaking to another customer saying the computers are slow today. Extremely rude and not educated at her job. Definitely don't recommend. read more

i went to the tag agency a few weeks ago to request a new driver license after i'd lost the…read moreprevious license, which surprisingly still has not surfaced. i'd entered at around 2pm, and was told the next available appointment was at 4pm, if i've remembered correct, so i'd gone to lunch before the appointment, and returned about thirty minutes prior. luckily, the worker in the office at the back of the business, in charge of driver licenses, called me about 15 minutes before the tentative appointment time. she also gathered the information and took the picture efficiently, with a friendly demeanor. though i'd not asked her name, she was wearing a stylish black eskimo joe sweater with purple and teal print, and explained to me that the sweater is given to workers at the tag agency when i'd asked if she has been to the now closed eskimo joe offshoot italian restaurant, joeseppi. no pun intended with offshoot pun and osu stillwater mascot. then, while i'm not certain that the worker gave me an expected time of arrival for the driver license, she did notify me that the license would arrive via mail, rather than the expectation with which i'd entered the tag agency of receiving the license there on the same day. that said, the license arrived the most recent saturday, and while the arrival was a little later than i'd expected, the difference between expectation and result was rather harmless. service requested - new driver license, not yet expired quality - service and license quality were excellent value - $25 and tax was relatively reasonable, though prorated price depending on date of expiration for license not expired seems appropriate, though it may have been already
