My favorite place for self service copies. I recently needed to drop off a fed ex shipment and it was very convenient .

I love this place. I moved here a year ago and I use it regularly for all my printing and shipping needs and I've never had any issues.

The service at this location was abysmal. It started with me walking in to no greeting whatsoever. (There was only one other customer in the store by the way). She and I greeted one another, but nothing from the two service reps behind the counter. After trying to print and go at the self service printer and receiving a " your document failed to upload" message each time, I made my way to the counter. At the counter I spoke to Carlos who I informed of the issue and asked if I could simply email him the document to print and then make copies. He told me: "No, our server is down, but if you are sending a pdf it should work." I asked, "Oh your servers down, maybe that's why this isn't uploading." He said, "No, it should work if it's a pdf." I said I'm pretty sure it's a pdf and he asked me to be sure it wasn't a link which confused me. So he came over to look at the document on my phone. I told him it was saved as a pdf, and sent as a pdf, it should be a pdf. Carlos then zooms into my pdf and tells me it's a link. Why, you might wonder...well on the pdf there is a live link to the online version of the document! I had to show him in the file name that it was a pdf...it literally said PDF. At this point I ask again about me sending the file for him to print so I could make copies. At this point his coworker is in earshot and when I say, "So you're sure your servers down and you can't print this out for me?" He replies, "I never said that." I said yes, you did, you said your server was down and you couldn't print the document. He again claims he never said that and that he could print it out for me. Then he asserted that he's just trying to help if I'd stop giving him attitude. It was honestly absurd that he would lie about the server, then lie about saying it, and then try to gaslight me for calling him out on it. I've honestly never experienced such awful customer service in the decade+ that I have utilized FedEx kinkos and across various states locations. read more

Rude .. rude and more rude. Rachael was asked by my friend how she liked working for the company and she replied it's great besides rude customers and looked at us with a stern look. I'm sorry what!?! And before that a heavier set woman with dark long hair had an attitude and told us she could ship in our box and so we went to Lowe's as she suggested to get a shipping box and then she said .. oh we don't pack your stuff either. So why didn't she say that in the beginning .. and then Rachael, saw where we were in line and after we set everything down - then she says wrong counter. I was severely annoyed. read more

She asked how could she help, I explained and she continued....Only this ole gal didn't pick up all the decibels. When I explained such she smiled, slowed her speech down and enunciated clearly without being comical or condescending. We accomplished the task of sending off my envelope. The service here was really inconsiderate, they refused to do a print service (spiral bounding papers) for me because they were busy (which I disagree they was at least 5 of us waiting) I told her I would not mind waiting and she could help the others because they had actual packages where as I didn't. She then said well actually you'll have to come back tomorrow because I just won't get to yours at all we are busy. She said this in an irritated tone. Which I led me going to Stapels who did the exact same thing as she did (however Stapels was empty so no excuse on their end) finally I went to Office Depot they did it right then and there took no more than 3 minutes max ?? And they had tons of work going on. I realize Fed ex and Stapels just didn't want to help me. They spent more time standing than actually helping their customers. The reason there was 5 people at fed ex was because they had one guy doing all the ringing up until that lady finally decided to call me over and say she could help the next guest. Where is the 0 star? I have come into this place numerous times over the years to find unhelpful employees and today was the last straw. I was trying to fax a 9 page document. There were no other customers in the store, yet I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. When my fax showed 2 pages had gone through, which was useless because I needed ALL NINE to go through for it to be successful, I asked for help. One of the TWO employees casually glanced my way. She told me I would need to do it over. I didn't feel comfortable doing that at $2.15 per page, so I asked if I could get my money back for the 2 pages that went through because the fax was unsuccessful. She told me no and looked away at whatever she was doing behind the counter. Now I have a $25 pre-auth on my bank account - thank God I printed my receipt so I can ensure I don't get robbed on this horrid transaction. As it is I will be out close to $5 for absolutely nothing. No customer service or support. Go elsewhere- this place is horrible. read more

The 5 stars is for an employee named Rachel. So random- Today, I called in a panic and asked a few questions I decided to just go down there. When I got there the first girl that helped me gave me a card w a QR code and some instructions but offered no help past that. After 10 minutes of struggling I was gonna leave, but I had a question and thankfully, Rachel helped me. I explained my situation and she knew exactly what I was asking for. Without hesitation she made herself available. She wasn't rushed or annoyed- I got exactly what I needed and am so grateful. I appreciated HER kindness so much I felt I needed to put it out here. Hopefully a manager sees this and gives her the props she deserves. read more

I've been here twice, and while I've never had a bad experience, I've found the level of service and convenience to depend greatly on how busy they are. Once, I came in and found a fairly clean shop with plenty of copy machines at my disposal. Although I wasn't sending a package that day, there was a long line at the desk and I noted to myself that a Friday afternoon was probably not the best time to be doing some shipping. Fast forward to a month later when I did have a package to send. I can in at 1o am on a Saturday and there was no one. The folks I've encountered here are helpful, but that's when you encounter a staff member. On both visits, the store has been noticeably empty and the few staff I have seen weren't going out of their way to welcome you. read more

The lady that tended to me was so rude and useless, I'm really surprised that management hasn't called her on her attitude towards customers. I went in this morning to pick up a package for a friend of mine. I walked in and was greeted by Cristal, I told her that I was picking up a package for my friend's business and she did ask if it was a package or print order. I was told it was a package and she told me that I need last 4 of tracking number and an Id. Ok I got my phone out and just as I was about to use it a gentleman from the back said it was a print order. Well, that is when lil ole Cristal flipped her switch and gave me her terrible and rude attitude. She instantly turned disrespectful and began berating me in front of the other employees. Now I am an old guy that does not do well with this younger generations attitude when something so menial triggers them, Today I was proud of myself because instead of losing my cool and telling her what disrespectful P.O.S. She was I politely paid the for the order and left. This younger generation needs to learn that we are the customers and without us they would not have a job, because it was a simple misunderstanding Gave her no right to come at me with attitude and rudeness, she even rolled her eyes at me at one point. I do hope that her manager will read this review and get her some training. When I told my friend about it he simply said that will be the last time that she does business there. What I find most interesting is all the negative reviews of this Fed Ex store, you would think that someone in the Fed Ex Corporate office would want to investigate and try and resolve the issues and complaints in this store. I for one will never do business there. So I do wish there was a 0 Star rating because that is what they would receive from me. In Closing, use a local Print Shop, Ship with UPS or the USPS. ..Went here couple years ago. Long line and employees not friendly. Fast forward to today. 7-21-2021- Went in to laminate my SS card. Walked to counter and asked if they did laminating, I did get a "Hello", However,all down hill from there. The gal,younger, with long wavy dark hair said "Over there, (with a finger point). "It's self-serve" I walked over with my tail between my legs like I had just been reprimanded by the "Self- Service" boss lady."... once I was "Over There" and couldn't find the lamination machine, I asked if she could help me, and she replied; " I can show you where it is, but won't do it for you!" Well I'll be damned. Isn't that the best " I couldn't care-less, what you think of me as an employee and/or if you ever come back" customer service? Needed to make copies of a document editor shipping it off. There were only two copiers available in the front self service area. Unfortunately there was one person on one machine and another person jumping onto the other. Kind of inconvenient, but luckily the one person didn't make too many copies. Service was super friendly. I have wine shipped there because in CA you have to sign for alcohol and I would have to go there anyway. The manager is a jerk. Every time I pick up, he says, "You drink a lot of that stuff." Why are the employees here so friggin unfriendly? Is my business an inconvenience to them? Are they paid very low wages or something? I've only had one pleasant experience at this location. I have to have laser prints done on the large thicker paper quite often, so I have to have someone print for me behind the counter as opposed to using the self service area. I've had hundreds of dollars worth of prints made in the last month alone. You'd think some appreciation for my business would be apparent in the employees' attitudes. I guess my business just makes the workers grumpy because I'm usually met with a crappy attitude. My files are large. So large that uploading them over my slow internet connection and placing an online order takes 10 times longer than it would take to just drive out and get them printed off my USB. So that's what I usually do. On more than one occasion I have been rudely turned away. I get the dreaded "I'm too busy" response coupled with no apologies, no friendly attitude, and no eye contact. If it weren't for the superb print quality I would be getting my prints made somewhere else. Maybe I'll just start shopping around. And maybe the manager of this location should give his minions a pep talk on the importance of good customer service and a friendly environment. read more

I haven't used yelp in months but had to come on here to explain how awful the customer service was. I never do this but I walked in to an empty store and was told it would take "about three hours" to print a single document because there were jobs ahead of me. I understand I am not their only job, but I am the only person in the store and this was absolutely ridiculous. It ended up taking me about half an hour and 10 bucks to print a single document because both employees were too busy to take 5 minutes out of what they were doing to acknowledge me and help me out. agh!! so annoyed with their fax machine here!! I faxed 15 dollars worth of paperwork here, and none of the paperwork went through. It's all self fax so be warned! I even asked the employee if my paperwork went through and they said yes....and nope it didn't. Each paper you send through takes 2 to 3 minutes as well. The good thing is when you eventually find out that nothing was faxed, the employee will re fax your paperwork, free of charge and on the machine they use..good luck! read more

I drop off packages here regularly and every time I've come in everyone has been nice and helpful. Even when it came to printing documents or creating a label for the first time the staff were extremely helpful. I noticed there are a lot of negative reviews but maybe they are referring to prior staff members. In terms of packaging this location usually has everything I need and are much more generous than UPS which usually asks that I purchase an envelope. read more

I will ask for a few simple specifications (card stock, double-sided, 10 copies... so on) and somehow my order is still not what I've asked for. I don't usually write reviews. I had several items printed for my wedding earlier this year and was blown away by how helpful every employee was when it came to printing different items. I was recommended this location by my mother-in-law who also had a great experience with them. I've been to this store 5 times now, the customer service is horrendous. I go to the counter to ship something out anf they don't even have tape for my label. They look at me like I should be shipping it myself. I went in again today and the owner looked at me like I was an alien when I asked her to ship a prepaid package for me. I needed the package wrapped she said it was not their policy. What!!! A shipping store doesn't have plastic . I even offered to buy it and she had no solutions for me to ship my package with a prepaid FedEx label!!!!! What a joke. They have no clue how to provide good customer service. Went here today to get some Christmas photos printed. A gentleman told me there was a self service kiosk that was "very easy" to use, but not being a technologically advanced person I got confused and asked for help. Carlos helped me and had a very rude tone from the first moment and spoke as though he was upset he had to help me. He then said in a condescending tone "you're the only one who has had a problem." I was so upset with his smugness and arrogance, I reported it to the manager who empathized with me and said she would talk to him. Still frustrated by the bad service I decided to take my business to Office Depot instead and they were so patient with me and even waited as it took me a while to send my photos and I was even able to send off a few packages I needed to all right there. Go to Office Depot and be respected and treated like a customer should be. If you want to be talked down to like an idiot and have arrogant jerks help you, then this is the place for you. read more

My mother went in this morning because she needed to print one sheet of paper and fax it to someone. The cashier was being rude and told my mother to do it herself. She kindly explained she didn't know how since she has no knowledge with computers or a fax machine. He still refused to help her. I asked if they had a regular plain envelope so I could place some items in it for more secure shipping and they told me no and that I could by a whole $3 box if I wanted one envelope . I feel that if I'm going to be spending $40 or $50 on overnight delivery and giving you my business you could at least afford me a 5 cent envelope or least give me the option to pay for 1!!
