    First of all the chew bacca girl in the pink glasses is just a terrible person. My goodness I couldn't leave fast enough to not have to deal with her condescending attitude. She was all over the FedEx guys picking up shipment, did not answer any single one of my help questions, and literally said it was my fault my files weren't printing, which I knew and was the reason I was asking for her help. She then told her own manager to help me and she ran out to where the drivers were hanging out. Then, the girl with all the holes in her face and the not-so-pleasant large pink-glasses girl (the one we are talking about) just would not stop talking about work drama in front of Teresa (manager?) and I. It was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Talking smack and how they think these guys are all over them both. Yeah right. They need to get a couple of girls who offer value here. What a loss. My company will avoid this location when possible. Teresa was also trying to charge me extra for helping me when one of these distracted girls loaded the wrong type of paper in the paper tray. Only half of my image came out because they loaded Letter size in the Legal tray. Besides all that, there was only one station to work at when I see multiple at other locations.

    The experience with them was a nightmare. I had mailed a paper that was really important to Mexico and I paid $75.50 12/13/21. To this day I have no idea where the paper is, I made a report and they sent me to the post office of Bell Gardens CA they told me that they couldn't do anything and too call FedEx. FedEx told me that they couldn't help me and that issue was for the post office and the post office told me it was an issue of FedEx. Nobody wants to give me a refund for my money and nobody wants to help, and they discriminate me and nobody is helping me. I have all of the documents that they gave me. ..FedEx is a fraud

    Carina will not take your package unless you pay her postage fee of $25 and discard your own prepaid label.     Miguel in the background.

    Editing: After contacting customer support (telling their AI chat 'speak to representative' a few…read moretimes till it gave me a person), I did receive the medicines today (the following day). They handed it to me at my house. I'll change my rating from 1/5 to 3/5 since they did next-day it on a weekend to make up for the initial no delivery. I think speaking to a person is the way to go, because they can mark it as 'priority' to fix it. I told support it was medicine, so they marked it priority. -------------------- Delivery driver showed up to house, marked undeliverable, and left. My package had important medication. There are no dogs outside, no fence blocking the way, no code. It's literally just a house. Customer service said they'd priority it and try to send it back same-day. Of course it didn't happen. Now I guess time will tell if I was robbed, and have to get the medication from somewhere else quickly. Stressed out and miserable looking this company up and seeing everyone else's horror stories.

    Absolutely awful. They tried to deliver a dress and didn't think to check the notes and get the…read morecode to my building. Instead said it was not able to be delivered. So I sent multiple emails explaining to enter the VERY EASY 4 digit code. They said okay, we will do that. Next day, driver comes and says he doesn't know the code and doesn't deliver my package AGAIN. NO PHONE NUMBERS OR REAL PEOPLE TO GET AHOLD OF. and my order was 200 dollars. I'm pissed and this company is awful. Literally going to never ever ever use them again. Absolutely disgusting.
