This UPS store is probably the busiest I have seen, always jammed and a line out the door. I guess that's a good thing but there are always customer packages outside on the sidewalk. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Wait times can be anywhere between 5 - 20 minutes, depending on the time you go. As for value, UPS is on the higher shipping end. read more

This was a good day. I had a package to ship out and I need to stop by a Harbor freight to get s tool. Then off to work. At first glance I saw a long line out the door and a gentleman loading hundreds of boxes just outside the door. Disappointed I am thinking the worst. I am going to be late for work, it is going to be close to 30 minutes to clear the line. Just then while in line I notice the face, I have seen her before, but I can't put my finger on where? I a few minutes the man was finished the customers ahead of me were too. I was up with my small package. Done I exclaimed wow you're fast. Then I ask her name and if was ok to use it on a positive post or review. Erica, I remember that young lady, didn't she work on Long Beach in Lynwood at the UPS Store? She was fast as lightning there and hasn't gotten any slower over here in Huntington Park. She made my day, I was able to pick up my tool shop a bit more stand in a longer slower line than hers and make it to work on time. This was the fastest and most convenient UPS Store run I have ever made (aside from just dropping off returns and leaving). I came here to do Notary, copying, and mailing. I am so glad it was a one stop shop for me. What some people try to do is save money by going to multiple locations not aware that they are losing time. Here, I didn't lose time nor money. The Notary was $15 ( took 10mins), then copying ($1 a page) and plus mailing. This visit costed me about $25 bucks and I didn't feel worn out or had to stand in lines. I had something shipped to this location and was surprised that the staff is so rude. I went up to the register and the female was flirting with a delivery guy. When she saw me, her facial expression changed and she snapped at me asking me what I needed. I said I was there to pick up a box at which time she respoded, "Well, is it here?". Terrible. If you want to print go somewhere else. They charge 1.50 for them to print it for you. Unreal. All other ups stores are much more convenient as well as mom and pop print services. I've never been charged anywhere else for them to walk my prints two feet to me. When I asked why they charge they got rude and said I didn't have to buy it there. Really?? Customer service? Non existent. As I walked in to the print area they see me instead of hello can I help you all they said was we don't have wireless. Why do you even exist without wireless it's fucking UPS. I had a banner(24"*36") to print and my usual spot that I print large items was out of service. I yelped for local printing service and came across the UPS store. I called before heading out and was super happy they did offer the service I was looking for. When I showed up I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I handed my flashdrive and they quickly told me that it was something doable. They even suggested which type of paper would look best and gave me a very reasonable price(way more affordable than the other place I go to). I assume I would have to come the next day for pick up and to my surprise I was told it would be less than an hour. When I came to pick up they went out of their way to roll it up and wrap another strip of paper so I wouldn't get my finger prints smudge on it. You can't beat that kind of customer service.
