My son tried to mail a laptop overseas back in August 2025 in Portland, ME. I called FedEx multiple times to find out why it was being held in Portland, ME. Latressa is the person who NEVER called me or my son back on the case number we had. Angela called him for a credit card number and she was asked to mail it back to my son. After that - no calls returned and no word on the package. I called again February 5, 2026. I was told by another agent to file a claim. FEDEX stole this package. I had been fighting since September to get it. Angela and Latressa at extension - 103523 and 101162 - you are the reasons I will never use Fedex again. I deleted my account because I am so angry. FedEx has its customers call in circles trying to get answers. The reps are trying to help - but it always leads back to SECURITY that gives no *&#$! I will file the claim and I will be telling everyone and anyone how much FedEx sucks. read more

This review is for the customer service I received. I havent been getting my packages and tried calling the corporate line first, absolutely horrible experience. I called the local Saco line as a last resort after a deep breath. She was incredibly happy and helpful. Its so rare to get good customer service now. She solved my problem and didn't act like it put her out to do so. I wish I remembered her name she deserves recognition! read more

Fed Ex always transfers my packages to "a trusted third party shipper" in saco,maine. No way to find out who this trusted third party shipper is so all tracking stops in saco but i then will see it not updated for DAYS and when it does finally updated its still in Saco. Im done.I dont have this problem with amazon or ebay..just walmart who uses FEDEX. What the HELL is going on in saco? I demand to know who this third party is my packages are being trnsfered to in saco and why i get my packages a week late or sometimes not at all. read more

This service is just awful. Delay, delay and oh more delay. People just do to not want to their job. There is absolutely no accountability in anyones actions when trying to find out why such a delay. Can not locate an address. Oh so let's just go back to the office and go home for the day. Someone will deal with this tomorrow. Well, did ya'll know after 10 days of being held any item can be returned to sender. Absolutely no attempt of being delivered even no call when they even have your phone number. This company sucks! Oh a manager will contact you. Nope! Emails every day for the past 7 days. Your order will be delivered today. WTF! No delivery, no phone call, item paid for just someone prefers not to do their job. They keep leaving packages at the end of my driveway, yes it's long. But I am considerate and make sure a 2wd with bald tires will come up the drive ok. Especially on the day of delivery. I can't see the end and unfortunately people are not above helping themselves to others property. I will be calling them and will not have them handle any more of my goods. Terrible customer service! Driver dropped off important package at the wrong apartment. It took me 2 days of continuously calling customer service to get any answer and when I did, the lady at fedex Saco, ME response was "I don't know what to tell you, maybe someone took it. Maybe see if you can get a new passport". She claimed the driver delivers 1-2 times a week to that area, but yet he can't differentiate apartment numbers. Absolutely terrible. read more

My package is held at this location for a week without delivery. Then, it went missing. Lost a very important document. Fedex Customer Service does not want to help you to solve the problem at all. They just say you have to call the shipper to reship it. read more

I have had 2 Amazon deliveries this pas week. Each one through the Saco Fed Ex have had issues.Seems my orders go out on the trucks for deliveries for 3 days before there are no issues with "weather or natural disasters " before they finally deliver.Contacting Fed Ex is useless. Serious issues with this facility. lesson learned. read more

I typically have my boxes strewn around my lawn and sidewalk, so when I knew my boxes of deck furniture was being delivered on a rainy day, I put a note on the door to leave them inside my front porch. I knew he was here when I heard from the other end of my house, boxes being thrown against my front door. I opened the inside door to find the boxes blocking the doorway and he left the outside door wide open!! If there was a fire, there was no way out of the front of the house. UNACCEPTABLE! I don't have anything positive to say about FedEx GROUND, THEY STINK! Since the drivers work for the owner's of the route, they don't care and neither does FedEx. Not sure where these complaints end up but when I called the 800 number, I got someone who could barely speak English and said she was overseas. Our ground package delivery people, independant contractors, quit over a week ago and Fedex has still not hired anyone to pick up or drop off packages... great customer service! We've called every day multiple times to at least get a schedule on who or when service might be restored, and no one in the Saco DC seems to know anything, much less call us back! read more
