The part that was dumbfounding to us was they didn't clean the freezer section of the fridge. It's a combo fridge andin my other houses I've never had a deep cleaner *not* wipe down the freezer part. When I realized the freezer had been forgotten, I called to let them know and the response came back as texts. She told me we asked for the fridge to be cleaned but didn't mention the freezer. At the end she offered (again, via text) to send someone back (for an undisclosed price) but it's been 4 days and I've still heard nothing back. More than anything I'm disappointed because we paid a considerable amount of money and it seems no one from White Lilac cared enough to tie up loose ends. Again, I feel like the ladies did a fine job; the problem is with the way the service is run. Someone should walk through the property at the end to ensure no one forgot anything. And maybe next time someone asks to have their fridge cleaned, you can get the customer to specify about the freezer so you don't run into this problem again. By the way, just to make sure we weren't up in the night, I happened to be in a meeting the next day and all 14 ppl agreed that in their minds, cleaning a fridge that's a combo means cleaning the freezer too. I would recommend this service but with the caveats that the customer needs to be very specific about what they want cleaned and someone needs to be there to make sure everything was cleaned.

FedEx damages packages on purpose. Our buyer witnessed the FedEx driver deliberately dropping the box, which was very well packed, from the truck onto the pavement. A $300 table was damaged and FedEx will not reimburse us because we did not buy insurance. read more

I special order large quantities sometimes from their sales rep Michelle. She is very friendly and helpful but sometimes it takes her awhile to get back to you. My biggest qualm is the check-out, the set up for checking out isn't very workable if you are buying more than one or two things. I run a whole office and sometimes go up with an entire cart load, the checkers don't really know about things such as warranties or products. They should really train their whole staff. Knocked a star for them not offering to help my pregnant employee out with her entire (large and heavy) purchase.

They refused to print out one single image claiming it was copyrighted. Even after discussing the…read moreissue with an employee and confirming there wasn't any proof whatsoever that the image was copyrighted, they still wouldn't print it because it showed on the reverse Google search. Again, no watermarks, no info in meta data, no copyright whatsoever. I support their policy on not printing copyrighted material, but this was not it. Regardless, I chose to have my order refunded and after my refund was processed I thank them anyway. In turn, I was not offered a "you're welcome", "have a nice day" or anything else. Refusing service is inconvenient, but not worth one star. Unprofessional employees, however, and lack of good service deserve zero stars.

There was no formal quote. The "owners" bickered and argued about who was the owner. They misrepresented their service to us several times and never told us what the final price would be until our stuff was ON THE WAY HERE. They parked a truck in front of the house in AK but didn't get any permits; when they were forced to move the truck they did so WITH NO WORD TO US. The truck just...... drove off one day. We thought we were being robbed! But no. It was The Relocators moving the truck to....... where? we still don't know. When I reached out to Deborah about it she said she was leaving town the next day and "Leo" would take care of us. Who is Leo? We didn't know. It took her 2 days to get Leo's contact info to us, and she was snippy and disrespectful in doing so. I was in a crowded noisy place when we were trying to communicate via phone; I asked her to text me instead and her comment was, "The phone works both ways." I didn't hear from her again until 2 days later. Our agreement was that the contents of the truck would be undisturbed, not opened until arrival in OR state. When the truck arrived in OR, it was in a different truck. We had items go missing, including a proprietary shelf to a stereo cabinet. When I asked Deborah about the shelf, she had no plan, no protocol for this situation. She asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" As of now we have no use of that cabinet due to the missing shelf. A problem for another time. Finally, the billing. Dan misrepresented this process to us more than once, creating even more stress than it was already. He quoted us a service fee to process a cc payment, then said he would waive it. Then he reapplied it without explanation and when I questioned it he accused me of trying to rip them off! Dan was SO OFFENSIVE that I had to deal with Deborah, who wasn't much better. When the rep for the mover shows up in high heels, toenail polish, hollywood hair and lashes..... she's beautiful but she's a MOVER. It didn't inspire confidence, is all. NOT shaming the lady, just saying it looked unpro. This company probably would do well with small moves, or just one big ticket item. But they just don't have the procedures and operations in order to move a large, difficult job like ours. Their price was reasonable, but the way we were treated, and the fact that some of our stuff never made it here, that I cannot recommend this company.
