These guys were amazingly patient and competent, with both a retail worker and the manager committed to helping my mom out with kind of a complicated transaction - adding a new device and merging accounts - shot out to Cassidy and the manager. The only reason it's 4 and not 5 was that the process on the Corporate side involve a crazy amount of ID confirmation - but as far as the store side, super patient and kind. I went into the store yesterday to get some help with my Apple Watch. I worked with a representative named Paula, and she was amazing. She spent almost 2 hours with me, trying to help solve my issue. She spent over an hour and a half on the phone with technical support, while I was with her, so that she could help me. She was calm and friendly and helpful. I was really frustrated when I walked into the store, and felt much better when I left. She deserves a raise! read more

Poor customer service, no solid customer follow up with legitimate service issues. Poor cell service. Problems with a bill? "Call the 800s numbers" then wait 2+ hours on hold talking with someone, being transferred from 1 dept to the next. Unprofessionalism and poor customer care quality is how I describe my experiences that made me cancel my accounts and switch brands. HIGHLY dis-recommend them. read more

Extremely rude, the guy who works there with goatee (about skinny), was looking at me ALL THE TIME just cause he didn't liked me? I did not do anything nor have I done anything. This guy needs to be fired and the store needs to be fixed. They couldn't replace my iphone16 pro max had to mail it overnight. Very bad idea. My sister and I went in this week and worked with Laura. We had several strange requests, from charging an ancient flip phone (my brother's, who was unexpectedly stranded in Maine without his charger) to getting my sister her very first smartphone (FINALLY!!! She's 60!). Laura was tremendously patient, helpful, sympathetic to our situation, and professional without a hint of patronization and without trying to upsell my sister. Stopped in here because my Jetpack was not performing. After a bit of a wait (30 mins), the service person updated the software (I don't use it that often) and checked the speed to see that it was not running well. I was out of there after 10 minutes of the start of service. No charge, either. read more

I have been a Verizon customer for a good 4 years , left when we moved and switched back when we moved back. I love Scott, Aaron, and Chris here..they are all super helpful but my husband I worked with those 3. I have been a customer of Chris the entire time I have been with Verizon and he is just absolutely amazing. He is straight forward with a wicked sence of humor, Scott and arron are newer, but just the same. They made our switch over super easy and painless, the company we switched from, not so much. They are always a delight to work with and if I have an issue they fix it quickly. People complain about the price but they have the best to offer, for what we needed that is. If you buy your phone out right your bill WILL be lower, you just have to realize that. read more

I popped into VW to ask general questions about suspending my phone line while moving abroad for a year. There were 5 people ahead of me in line who all appeared to have been waiting quite some time (3 came after me, and all left after 15 minutes). One of the associates was carrying on with a customer about nothing pertaining to cellphones and even after having finished the transaction, actively pursued the conversation for about 5 more minutes (customer had been in the store for over an hour). Everyone in the room kept glancing at each other with the look of, "is this really happening?" The associate finally called the next group up and apologized saying that more people are usually there but they are in training, which normally would have made me feel better if he hadn't wasted so much time just "catching up" with a customer. Another Associate was just secretly texting under the desk and trying not to meet eye contact with people waiting. When it was finally my turn, I was told I could not be helped because he had never heard of this (again, just asking for information on suspending a line) and that I had to call Customer Service. He did offer a phone for me to call and then began texting on his phone rather than helping the several other people in line (I even asked if he wanted me to move so he could and he said no). There is no sign in like most other Verizon Stores that allow your name to be called when your time is up, here you must hover around a sales desk to ensure someone else doesn't steal your spot in line. Inefficient and disorganized (though quite friendly) and lacking the quantity of phones or "extras" for phones, I will not be back. read more
