When I had a moment, which was after closing times, I called and hoped I got at least an answering machine. I got a live person, Elena. Not only did she go above and beyond by answering the phone after hours which was a lifesaver, she did everything in her power to get the job done by early next morning. The staff went early the next day to make sure the printing was on time for first thing in the morning, which was before the store was open. The job done as requested, no corners cut, even with the short turn around time.

Don't let the tiny little building and strip-mall location fool you; this place is one of the most efficient UPS stores I've been to anywhere. I don't know what is going on with Bangor FedEx, but they are absolutely terrible now. We use to…read morehave a wonderful delivery driver; she was friendly, and if there was ever a problem with our delivery, she'd apologize for whatever the problem was. It wasn't expected, but appreciated; that's how a good business is run. Unfortunately, she is no longer our delivery driver. For the last year-ish, almost all of our FedEx deliveries are late or just disappear in transit. Of our last 5 deliveries, 4 were late and 1 was damaged at Bangor and undeliverable. Also, of those 5 deliveries, 3 were "Out for Delivery" only to not be delivered on that day. I will continue to complain to Walmart; maybe they will switch carriers; if they don't, I'll have to cancel my Walmart+ membership as there is no benefit to having something delivered if it's a guess-fest as to whether the item will arrive and/or if it will arrive on time.

They proofed them and reproofed individual cards as needed until I was totally satisfied with the result. They had the items ready when promised. The quality of the finished product was excellent, on heavy stock with a nice finish. I plan to use Northeast Reprographics for all of my printing needs.

A family member brought precious family heirlooms to this UPS store in Ellsworth…read more UPS packaging was requested, because it's generally known that UPS, does a good job, albeit expensive. The box this store used was literally a Wal-Mart box, made from the thinnest cardboard possible, not one of the sturdy ones that UPS sells. The items were loosely wrapped such that they rattled around in the box. Additionally, the box evidently burst open in transit, because it was taped closed very poorly. One piece was damaged. With the amount of damage the box sustained, it's a miracle it arrived with anything inside it at all. When the pieces were initially brought to them for packing and shipment, the clerk said something to the effect that they, "Couldn't do it right away - but next week." Their lack of enthusiasm was a big red flag. Worst UPS experience ever. Save yourself - there's a FedX store close by
