Quick service in and out and customer service is pretty good and just make sure you get tracking receipt

FedEx is the world's slowest, laziest, nastiest, evilest, most corrupt common carrier on Earth. On multiple occasions, deliverymen from this location did not even bother to knock on my door, they just left a note that pretended that they did. Someone at my house waited by the door all day waiting for a knock, to no avail. There are even multiple signs on the door that say "Bang hard on door". FedEx's lazy, overpaid union bums make mailmen seem like hard workers. My packages instead end up at a pharmacy. What does a pharmacy have to do with FedEx? FedEx refuses to attempt delivery again, so I am forced to wait one business day for the pharmacy to reopen, which can translate to four calendar days counting a holiday. So much for the "overnight delivery" for which I had paid $110. Someone could have walked it here faster. Literally. After a 30 minute drive to the pharmacy through big city traffic jams, I have to wait in line for an additional 45 minutes just to retrieve my parcel being stored on an open shelf where anyone walking by could steal it. There is ZERO security for my $12,000 packages. I had to endure all of this aggravation just so the FedEx drivers did not have to spend an extra two minutes making an actual delivery. If you plan to use FedEx, do not be surprised if you end up spending several frustrating hours trying to retrieve your shipment. At a zero-security pharmacy, no less. I always tell senders to use USPS but a few ignore my request and instead use lowly FedEx. FedEx used to be extremely reliable but unions have destroyed them. Their employees are now entitled, de facto welfare recipients. I would only recommend FedEx to Osama bin Laden and my mother-in-law. read more

FedEx Ship Center - World's worst common carrier - Shipping Centers Near Me - Bristol, Pennsylvania

Fed Ex sucks! Packages are delivered as scheduled, and when you call for assistance, all they say is your package has been delayed and you need to contact your shipper to have the package tracked and they have to fix the problem with Fed Ex. I don't understand this, the tracking information clearly shows that Fed Ex has the package, and it has made it to the local distribution center, but it stalled there. This is just unacceptable. Now, because this has occurred on the weekend, I can't contact the shipper until Monday, so the soonest I will get my delivery is maybe by Tuesday. This is just total bull! UPS is much better in all aspects! read more

I have 2 cases open as of right now for the Bristol location.. My daughters diapers a winter coat suppose to have been delivered Thursday a never showed up. every states your packages are out for delivery about 4:20 in the daytime It will say packages are at the Bristol Virginia location delayed. this has been going on for five days now I wouldn't be so pissed off if it weren't for it being my daughter's winter coat and easy ups. Paid for 2nd day shipping package was out for delivery and not delivered. When you call the system won't let you talk to anyone and it's an expensive item. My past packages were delivered from North Wales location and they're on time. Now I'll have to figure out what they did with it. Not a good feeling. Do better. read more

I feel like you're never gonna have a "spectacular" visit to a shipping center, but the staff at FedEx are always very pleasant and helpful. Ive had to come over here a couple times for packages and they were there at the time they said they would be (which was only a shock after previous experiences with UPS where the packages were close two two hours late, and the employees were less than helpful let alone pleasant, but I digress). The employees at FedEx seem to enjoy their jobs and have made my brief encounters with them seamless. read more

I waited all day Saturday for a delivery from 10:30-2:30 then I signed up for text alerts with no alerts being sent. Why offer the service? I wake up to an email, delivery is today Sunday no timeframe. I called FedEx 3 times to be told no timeframe and no drivers can be contacted. Awful delivery service. I'm not sure who pod for the shipping since it is a medical device but get a refund!!! Disgusted!! read more

I had a great experience recently (end of July 2020) at the Bristol FedEx location and wanted to spread the word. I was shipping back computer equipment to my former company and the gentleman working was one of the kindest; helpful; and most knowledgeable workers I've encountered in the few times I've visited this location. Everyone I've encountered has pleasant, but this gentleman went above and beyond. Assisted with the proper packaging, patient, and even gave me a morale booster about being laid off to make me laugh. Overall, quick service; and pleasant people. Highly recommend. A FEW UPDATES & INFO: 1). Since COVID-19 has changed all of our lives, this place has changed their rules. Masked are required for entry! 2). In addition to masks, only 2 customers are permitted inside at a time to either be helped or wait to be helped. Otherwise you must wait outside. Not so bad now with summer; but I'm sure come fall or winter; some may need to know this. The center is usually never too crowded so wait isn't long. 3). DIRECTIONS! LISTEN TO YOUR GPS - (Waze, GOOGLE Maps, etc- It IS RIGHT!) **The location is in the Bristol Industrial Park off of 413 and is not easy to locate without a GPS/Google Maps. I came from Bensalem and used Google maps- I was so confused and had no idea where it was taking me but within 10 min I was pulling into the parking lot. Quickest route and I would have totally went the long way- which is easily 10 or 15 min longer. I was skeptical of the directions so wanted to share that they are in fact correct! I missed 3 attempted deliveries of a FedEx signature confirmation package, so I had to go down to their shipping center in Bristol to pick it up. Though I had never been there before, I've been through enough post office and shipping center experiences to know this was probably going to suck and take up alot of my time. Not the case! Even with a bunch of people ahead of me when I walked in the door, I was able to get in and out within a few minutes. The clerk did an amazing job of getting packages to the counter quickly and getting us all out the door. FedEx is the best. I really appreciated how smooth the operation was. Much better than getting stuff at the post office. read more

My package which is important medication was going to be delivered on a particular day and I waited all day for it I called Fed Ex numerous times to only get people from another country as customer service reps and the Bristol center does not have a phone number that they will give you. I had to wait until after 8 o'clock speak to the customer service foreigners again only to of course find out that it would be delivered the next day! This is a medication that makes me be able to function on a daily basis that I paid extra to have delivered overnight and I didn't get it. Not happy with these people and I'm going to have to ask my medication Mailing company if there is another way for them to send it to me because I will not deal with this Fed Ex losers again! read more

Hands down best service I ever received. I was running late one night and needed to pick up an important package. I called fedex 800 number a few minutes before they were set to close. The customer service rep patched me through to the location and I explained my situation to the employees. They told me not to rush and they would wait since I would be there a few minutes after closing. These days you rarely find people willing to go above and beyond and I was truly impressed with the staff here. I have been back on several occasions and always met with courteous friendly faces. read more

For 3 days, Fedex Tracking has been reporting my package is on the truck and out for delivery. For three days it's all been a lie! I asked the 800 Go FedEx rep to connect me directly with the local manager. The manager told me it was still in the facility and he still couldn't give me a delivery date!! INEXCUSABLE! So, for 3 days they have been lying to me, allowing me to expect something they knew wasn't happening, and waste my time and days waiting for the non existent out for delivery by 8:00 PM EST package. BUSINESSes please use a more reputable carrier and one that falsifies it's tracking record. read more
