There would be no star if I could. had a Home Depot order that I never received but fedex showed it delivered. Opened a case thru HD and fedex closed it as resolved. I'm thankful HD gave a full refund. It would be good if fedex cleaned house on those that don't do their job. Apparently the midland office just doesn't care about their customers. This place is very clean and is in a convenient location (for me at least). Additionally, the staff is very friendly which is always a huge plus. A package I had ordered was unable to be dropped off at my apartment as no one was there to sign for it. They told me to pick it up at their office or wait till tomorrow for another delivery attempt. I chose to pick it up and when I arrived they already had my boxes set aside waiting for me to pick them up. I was in the building no more than three minutes. Excellent service. read more

Delivery service is a joke, I have been waiting at home all day for a package to be delivered, I get a text saying attempt was made, a blatant lie, and they will try to redeliver the following day. No direct line to contact, can not email, the only way to contact is via 1 800 number which has a person on hold for over half an hour with no end in sight. pathetic. Was not my choice for shipping and will not be in the future. read more

A package from this FedEx station was just delivered to my home. The driver marked it as delivered to the front door, which is 10 feet from the bay window where my desk is located--and where I've been sitting working all morning. It's not there. It's down at the end of the driveway, out in the weather, on a cloudy, rainy day. It's bad enough that the package may get rained on before I can get my husband to help me with it (it's heavy), but what really gets me is THE LIE. And of course, it's impossible to call the station directly, and calling the toll free number just gets me put on an endless, silent hold. I do not recommend them for home delivery. read more

We had purchased an expensive custom made office chair for my son's Christmas present. The business shipped it by Fed Ex. We have been tracking it until today. FedEx said it was delivered on Saturday, 14 at 3:16. The package Fed Ex delivered on Saturday was not the chair but a small box with another person's address on it. Not only did they not deliver our chair as they said they did but when I called to find out where it was delivered to and to tell them they delivered a package with another person's address on it which was not ours I was told they couldn't do anything about it. We would have to contact the business that sold us the chair, get them to file a complaint with FedEx , and hope the business would send another chair. They would do nothing about picking up the package they delivered (that had another person's address on it) and deliver it to the address on the shipping label. In other words we were out $800.00 for the chair. No present to give our son on Christmas morning and I would have to search the internet to find the house with the address the miss delivered package belonged to. I would have to fix Fed Ex's mistake at my own cost. They also could not tell me who the driver was or how to contact the driver to tell him he delivered to the wrong address and find out where he delivered our chair to. Fed Ex did nothing to correct their mistake or give you any assistance in finding information so you could talk to the driver. I will ask next time we purchased an expensive item from a business if the business uses FedEx to ship. If they do I want purchase from that business or ask the item to be shipped by UPS. That way I want be out of pocket for an item that may or may not arrive to my house even though Fed Ex said it did. For an item as expensive as this chair was the driver should have asked us to sign for delivery like UPS has in the past for expensive items delivered. read more

Tucked away on the Warm Springs Extension is the FedEx Shipping Center for the Columbus, GA regional area including parts of East Alabama. I have come here when packages require signatures and I'm not home when they are delivered, so the FedEx driver leaves a door tag and I have to go to the Shipping Center to retrieve my package. It's clean and the employees are mostly friendly. There are times when the lines are delayed because a driver may have given a promised time but hasn't returned yet. read more
