I have had it with FedEX! Since I moved back to OH this year I have had 2 big pieces of furniture ruined and 2 other packages with food left out in the weather. The drivers refuse to deliver packages into the apartment building and put them in the package room. It took 4 weeks to get them to remove on of the pieces of furniture- which was left outside in a rainstorm- particle board doesn't do well with moisture. Today I had a package with chocolate, when I placed the order I put delivery instructions on the form and the company called me and told me they can't tell FedEX how to deliver (which I had heard from the previous companies) but this customer service person told me I could call FedEx when I received the tracking number and give them the info. So I did and the FedEX clerk took down all the information and said that the driver would be given the info-she even read it back to me. Guess what!!!! Big box of chocolate delivered at 1:30PM and left outside in 81 degree heat til I got home at 4:00. I called the company that sent it and told them what happened-even the ice packs were melted. They said they would replace any melted chocolate and I said I didn't want them to replace it since FedEX would be delivering it-just send a refund. read more

I'd ordered boozy ice cream from New York and since it included alcohol an adult over 21 needed to sign for it. I was on a work call when it arrived for delivery so I needed to pick it up that night in person at the center. I got there around 7pm. One other person was there and working on taping up a box. One person was behind the counter and looked at my pick-up tag and driver's license. I signed for it, the box wasn't damaged or anything like that, I got in my car and left. The facility itself had plastic shields up and stickers on the ground to encourage social distancing. It was all rather straight forward and went smoothly. read more

Sweetie had an abysmal delivery experience, but when she came here to finally get the package, the service was great- and sympathetic to her frustration. I needed to return my AT&T equipment and the lady at the desk was rude when she told me I couldn't do that. I asked why and she told me that my package was not for here. This was not a FedEx office. I needed to take it there. I asked where that would be and reluctantly she wrote down an address for me. At least she gave me that consideration. That's why this place got ONE star from me. There was only one person at the counter and there was a line going out the door. The gentleman that was in the line before us had obviously sent the same package before and she snapped at him as to what to do. By the time he was ready to pay, the price had changed three times! The clerk was not friendly or pleasant to anyone! One suggestion for Fed Ex- if you cannot ship from all locations, consider changing the titles on your businesses. read more

Both times I've been to this place recently there is one clerk in the evening and there are usually 4 to 5 people in line. Transactions are never quick for some reason and there is no possibility of social distancing because there is one door in and out of the place. What they should do is limit the number of customers inside to one per clerk. But they don't do that. Even though they have a late drop off for express, I'm not going there anymore until after the pandemic. I'll go to the Fedex office on Shrock Rd. which has a 6:30 PM cutoff for express. read more

A bunch of liars and thieves. Gary the tracking agent is absolute garbage and a bold face liar. I hope you're reading this Gary. They faked my signature on a computer and said that they delivered it. At first I thought that they had stolen it, but these idiots may have just place it on my doorstep to be stolen. Both things are about equivalent. The best part of the story is that my laptop needs a signature to be received, and the delivery man faked my signature. I was originally told that my package was left at the front entrance and then the story changed and they said that I opened the door and signed for it. LIE. So I simply ask for the bdelivery man, who could describe my house, if he would also describe what I looked like since he claims I opened the door and received the package. This is where it gets really fun. the tracking agent Gary is supposed to return my call describing what I look like per the delivery man, instead I get no calls and when I call FedEx they tell me that my case had been closed and that my package has been delivered. I said how can it be delivered if you don't even have my signature and your driver saying I was there even though I wasn't. I went in to drop off a package and I forgot to tape it shut. I asked the lady at the counter if she could tape it shut for me and she complained that I should have sealed it before I came in. She did tape it up for me. I said thanks and have a nice day. She didn't respond. Very rude and Horrible customer service! read more

FedEx customer service has to be the most incompetent service that has EVER existed on this entire planet. I was alarmingly surprised that I could pick up my packages until 10! Say whaaa?! I thought for sure I'd only have until 6 or 7 - thus having to wait until tomorrow and have it re-delivered. I arrived right at 6 - and was suprised at the line! But things moved fast and the service was friendly. It appeared a few patrons were regulars, and staff even remembered them. It's not at all hard to find, and parking is abundant in the customer service area. Oh, and if you are picking up a package from ATT or Verizon - note that now your Driver's Licences HAS to match EXACTLY to the mailing address on the package. It's their policy, not FedEx's - but make sure you are aware before making the trip out there. If not, you might as well just sign the slip they left, and the driver can leave the package. I did have a hiccup at this location, however. Around 8 (after getting my package and returning home) - my neighbor in a 2 apartment house knocks on the door asking if I picked up his package (guess we both had fedex deliveries that day). Unfortuntaly, the Fedex Guy would not let him pick up his package, claiming that I already did. Which was wrong.... and he sent him home with no package. How could you mistake that in a big city? Apartment 1 does not equal Apartment 2. And a girl name does not always equal a boys name. And a cell phone package does not equal a hat package. Hopefully he ended up getting it - but geesh, what a waste of gas for an employee mistake! read more

We used to have a great driver but he retired. Now we have a series of "newbies" that apparently could care less about customer service. I operate a home-based business. I have regular M-F 9 AM to 6 PM hours and I (or my wife) am ALWAYS here during those hours. I have a large (12" x 10") OPEN sign right next to the door. After I started getting the "We missed you" door tags I printed (on bright orange paper) a sign that I stuck on the glass with an arrow pointing to the metal "OPEN" sign on the building that said, "If the sign says 'OPEN' I AM HERE. Please do not leave with my package. Be patient as it takes me a minute to get to the door." (I am sometimes in my basement shop). Well, don't you know, the bell rings, I get to the door and catch the FedEx guy as he is about to round the house and yell at him to come back. I look and he stuck the door tag RIGHT ONTO THE SIGN THAT SAYS I AM HERE!!! What a moron. His excuse? "I am busy and can't wait around. (I timed it and the longest I take from anywhere in the house is LESS than 2 minutes. He can't wait for 2 minutes, even when the sign says that I AM here???? I have no problem with UPS guy or the USPS lady. Hopefully, I will die before they retire and are replaced by an idiot from the same gene pool as the FedEx guy..... read more

I find myself at the FedEx Ship Center a few times a year to pick up packages that I wasn't at home to sign for. I have 100% of the time arrived after work, well usually after dinner, and I've never had a long wait. The employees are courteous, although not always quick, and they do seem to know what they're doing. read more

I ask my roommate if she is expecting a package and she says no, so it must be mine. Turns out I spend a quarter of a tank of gas before arriving, where there is no package waiting for me.
