Surprised I haven't reviewed this; I've been a few times over the years. Shipping, packaging, copying. Not very big, so more of a shipping spot than an office store, but today I needed to print a return label and they were helpful and patient (I could not get the email option to work; they said the signal is slow and to use their email, not the FedEx one.) Good prices, great service, a decent selection of office and packing supplies, greeting cards, etc. Handy near Easton. I still think of it as Kinko's, and the lady said "we still are!" read more

I stood around for 20 minutes while the sales rep danced to her personal music blasting from a portable speaker. The other sales rep said that she was new and couldn't help me. Finally the manager emerged from the back, assured that my card would not be charged the $5 and yet it was charged twice. read more

Great little FedEx by the house. They will hold your packages if you re-route. Hours a bit adjusted due to COVID but that's now their fault or within their control. Masks on please. They have a nice little business center and the funniest card selection...stood in line a while the gal in front of me was taking a LONG time. :) Staff is great and very professional. This Fedex is located directly across from Lowe's at Easton, right off Morse Road. There is plenty of parking, including 10-minute spots for running in to pick up or drop off items. I had to run in to drop off a package that was ready to go, label and all. Other than getting lectured on what type of tape to use, the process was smooth. I got a receipt for tracking purposes and I was out the door. The place was clean and organized and had everything you would need for shipping, packing, and even printing. I never knew this location existed until I discovered it on Yelp while I was out and about and specifically needed a Fedex. My love for this app runs deep, especially when looking for businesses while I'm out and about. I wouldn't hesitate to stop by again if I needed to. read more

As someone who does not do Fed Ex, it was a perfect place for me to drop something off and trust that it will get where it is going and arrive when it's supposed to. Granted, the envelope and everything had been prepared for me. I literally - just had to drop it off. But not having to wait, being greeted and helped by a very friendly staffer, and having her print me a receipt - was as good as it gets. My husband uses this location and has had similarly great experiences. As a result, I highly recommend you stop in if you had a need that they can fulfill! read more

As I am just leaving the FedEx store here I am very upset. I asked to print a label out via email and I was charged $2.95 for one piece of paper which is ridiculous and which after she gives it to me she tells me had I done it on their computer. It would've been six cents!!!!!Do Not be bothered with this business. They obviously are out for the money and not looking to save the customer in any way, shape or form I took the copy only because I'm in a hurry and I'm really not happy about it. Good service. Staff is knowledgeable in multiple areas - printing, copying, scanning to a thumb drive and shipping.

How do you not post the cost of your boxes or inform customers before items are sealed and scanned to ship. This is why I use UPS! Their customer service is better, their prices are better, and they actually tell you cost before sealing your items in. Don't use FedEx, especially this location. read more

This place is SO helpful!! I had 65lb cardstock that I needed printed on double sided and cut to size. They did an amazing job and it was super affordable! I've been without my printer for some time (which would have been my cheapest option) but this came to about 20$ for double sided and cut for 100 pages!!!! I worked with michael and he was great!!! 100% satisfied and would recommend this store to everyone! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I had a horrible experience at this FedEx location today. I walked into the establish and was heading to make a print with my retrieval code. A caucasian employee goes on to say only that printer is available right now and its in use. Presumably one would think the other is out of service since he said the one in use is the only one available. Meanwhile this employee is messing around with some cart of some sort. More so looked like he was BS ing around. Another African American lady walks into the facility and he tells her to stop at the next tape box without asking what she may be coming in for which was not for printing. She had a package in hand to send off. FYI tone and deliverance the entire time is not friendly. Two Caucasian men come in and he directs them and comes from the cart next to the printer not being used and tells them to step up. Tells me to go ahead. I state, well you said only the printer in use is available. He goes on to say I was standing next to the other one so it was not available. It is social distancing. I kept my cool and did what I came to do and leave because it literally only took me 1 minute to make my print. While he was standing there doing nothing I could of had my print done and the store would not have started to build up. I went into this FedEx to print my paper so my BLS could be renewed so I could continue to save COVID19 patient. I know what social distancing is and I am very aware of what is going on in the world since I am on the front line. Troubling times does not mean manners and respect toward customers should be gone. This is by the far the worst business I have encountered during this already troubling time. If this employee can not handle working during this time then perhaps he should find work elsewhere for now or speak with his manager about being off the schedule during this time. read more

I submitted a rush job to this particular location at 10am or later and received great customer service turn around. The end result was beautiful and completed before noon! As the store manager of a small business downtown, I frequently ship packages to customers and always ship here now close to home instead of at the three locations within a few miles of my store. Even when I bring in 10+ packages late at night or first thing in the morning they never give me attitude, always greet me with a smile and wish me a good night/day - the process is painless, store's never crowded, and their parking is so much easier than most locations I've been to. They even didn't give me a hard time when I dropped off a UPS package by accident one night, lol - just called and let me know to pick it up next time I came. I am so irritated because of their service! First of all, I had to wait forever to get someone to help me. After finally someone helped me, who was clearly showing me attitude, I made an order of 500 business cards.
