Called this company after killing a skunk in our basement. OMG was the stench bad! I talked with…read morethe owner David, he offerred prompt same day service. They came to our home which was 60+ miles one-way from their place of business and cleaned the area the skunk physically touched with a special cleaning solution and placed two air cleaning units in the house. Within 1 hour of turning on both machines there was significant improvement in the smell in the house. Within 24 hours the machines had made great progress. After 72 hours a service man, Andrew, came to check the progress, he cleaned the spot again and checked the machines. There was still some skunk smell, so we kept the machines another 24 hours. A service man came for a 3rd time after 96 hours to pick up the machines, and the smell was nearly gone. I was highly impressed with the service of this company. There service is prompt, courteous, professional, and at a very reasonable rate. And they did NOT charge for mileage. I highly recommend this business for all your cleaning and restoration needs.

In August, 2022, they remediated mold in our vacated farmhouse that had unknowingly been flooding over the last 7 years. The weather was unseasonably hot, dry, and in the triple digits. The water had to be shut off to the house, therefore, there were no restroom facilities or running water. Similarly, the A/C and furnace were inoperable. The heat was unbearable. These two professional and motivated young men worked tirelessly under the worst conditions and did a beautiful job. Servepro was hired to do the mitigation on my home after a leak in my bathroom. A week after the…read morejob was complete, I called my adjuster to find out what was going on, I was told Servepro had not yet submitted the paper work. I called and spoke to Sara who was very short with me saying, all the paper work has been submitted, but they keep sending it back for corrections. Then two weeks later I called my adjuster again and got the same response. I then called Servepro again and spoke with Sara who again was very rude and short with me. blaming everything on the insurance company. Even though she again said, they have sent it back for more corrections. She informed me during our phone call that she had no idea who my insurance company was or who the adjuster was that she sends all paper work through a 3rd party. Funny how when I asked her to email me all of the paper work, she stated my insurance companies name AND cc'd my adjuster. Sara also hung up on me and when I called back to talk to her, Stephanie answered the call, referred to herself as "the answering service" and refused to transfer the call. HORRIBLE customer service!
