I consider myself a professional but it was hard to keep my composure after being patronized during a disagreement about a refund and then mocked as I was leaving the store! She was shocked when I re-entered the store and asked her "what kind of manager openly mocks a customer to another associate!?" Seriously, who does this??!! In a profession where customer service skills are crucial, you desperately need to rethink your career choice because being nice to customers just isn't for you.

If you aren't familiar they are a department store that has men's, women's, children's clothing - name brand primarily. They also have sections dedicated to household kitchen gadgets, bathroom (towels), bedroom (comforter sets, sheets, pillows), outdoor (kind of limited at this location - but some outdoor rated chairs), electronics (typically a small selection of ear buds/head phones, smart home, and PS4/XBOX games - this location, no different, very little selection), shoes (from sporty to casual to dress - probably one of the best value for the money you can find in one of their stores is the shoe prices) and a few other things. This store is laid out pretty similar to any of the other ones I've been in. Staff (one person working at the front check out) greeted us when we came in and wished us a good night when we left. Store was clean and prices are prominently displayed on digital readouts located by the items (especially in kitchen gadgets area). All in all this location is pretty good, clean and well stocked. If I was in the area and looking for any of the things listed above, I'd stop by this location again.

First of all, the young lady at the counter was polite and very patient as I was attempting to mail several packages across the US. She helped us box the car seat and found the last expensive way to ship. She did the same with all the other packages. It really takes the guessing out when you can look at the screen and see prices for USPS, UPS, FEDEX and even DHL. I also met the owner of the store, Ann, who was one of the nicest humans I had ever met. She came out of her office to help us with the packages. And, like the young lady, she was also very patient and understanding while I tried to decide which was the best way to ship a car seat to NY! In addition to shipping within the US, they can also ship internationally. There is a very organized section where you can buy shipping supplies from boxes, to tape to bubble wrap. There is a computer you can rent time to use in store. They can bind your papers, books, or handbooks. The store can also print documents in color or black and white. There is also a notary on site! The store is very clean and organized very well. Again, unlike the post office or UPS store, which can only ship one way through their service, this is a place that has pickups for any method you decide. And, like I stated earlier, the best part is the welcoming atmosphere with polite, courteous and caring people ready to help you with all your packaging needs. I highly recommend and will be a frequent customer.

The front counter told me they cannot get anymore because it's hard to get and furthermore, the workers could not even put what I had paid for to the side with my name on it after I PAID FOR IT. She will sew patches on, make alterations and do repairs. She has "saved" several items of mine - a vest needing a new zipper, purse that needed stitched up etc. She is a skilled seamstress and takes pride in her work - Her charges for repairs, patches etc are very reasonable and her prices are competitive with anyone else in the area. But, she is always, always busy, so be patient when you take your items there for alterations - she does the job right the first time, but it may take a little while for your item(s) to get done.
