I had to drop off a package, and this is the first location that I was able to find. I tried another location but I didn't find it. I assume that it may have been inside of another location, but I didn't find it, so I moved on to another location. This one was very easy to find. Huge building. The process was seamless. I already had my item in the box and labeled. I just needed it to be sealed. I offered to pay for tape, and the young man told me that was unnecessary and that he would handle it for me. FedEx says they attempted to deliver my package 3 times which is total bs. My whole family was home that whole week. Lies lies and more lies. Then I call and I gotta drive 40 miles one way to pick up clearly a package they never even attempted to deliver. Well FedEx has delivered my package who knows where once again! This is just ridiculous. They will not give you a phone number to the local center to speak to someone there hoping to contact the driver. I don't know how hard it is to find my house when I'm right a corner, and my address is clearly showing on the front of my house with the street signs on the corner! The last time this happened the manager contacted and said they notated the exact location, well apparently this driver doesn't have a clue! Fedex says they delivered my package. My package was sent in a box they sent me a pic of a bubble wrap bag and said that was my package. I ordered a 150 dollar drill... it did not come in a bubble wrap bag the seller confirmed that. It has been 10 days now and FedEx hasn't made this right. Just keep telling me it was delivered. I will never buy anything that's shipped through FedEx again. Last year they "lost my 12 foot ladder plank also... same thing happened.. is the driver stealing my shit? I am starting to think so.... get it to gether fedex... not to mention my box is under a camera no package was left and the one they put in to take the picture was also taken back out by the driver. read more

FEDEX MURDERED MY FISH! I paid for 2-3 day Express Shipping for some live fish, and it has been 10 days now, and still have not received my package. When you call the company, you get someone from a foreign land that does not have a clue what your talking about. They will not give you any information nor let you speak to someone in the US. Sure they will file lost package and complaint forms, however beyond that, there is 0-no support. I am sick and tired of these arrogant shipping companies making millions while providing very little customer service. Professional service is lacking and I am going back to good old fashioned USPS because I know I can get the Post Master on the phone. I may have to leave a message, however someone WILL call me back. I know I can have packages shipped general delivery to the PO where I can have control over when to pickup the package, and where I do not have to wait around on a FedEx truck delivery till 7PM and they never show up, or simply loose your package and never contact you.
