FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address even though I was home and waiting. The proof of delivery photo they provided does not match my house at all. I gave them side by side evidence from another FedEx delivery taken less than 24 hours later showing what my actual front porch looks like. They still closed my case without recovering the package or offering compensation. They claimed an investigation took place but it is clear nothing real was done. I contacted support multiple times through emails and calls and got canned responses with no accountability. You expect a delivery company to get your items where they belong. FedEx failed and chose to shift the blame instead of fixing the issue. read more

I got an email saying my package was delivered this morning. The picture of the front of the house they delivered the package to was not even in my neighborhood. Their drivers are completely incompetent idiots. This is the 3rd time they have delivered a package of mine to the wrong house. I've had an issue about a week ago with the same driver saying a package was delivered when they were not, then 48 hrs later it's on my door step please avoid them at all cost. I wish I could give no star! my package was set to be delivered today. the driver never showed to my house but put in the system that they tried. you never showed up because someone was here. you didn't even leave a tag so I know for a fact you never showed up. But to lie about it that is stupid. Called and spoke to supervisor they told me my package would be "redelivered". Two hours later call back to get time.. it will be delivered by 8pm. 8:34 still no package. it was never attempted. well we can't deliver it tonight the driver went home.. yeah with out delivering my package. want to report a constant issue with the FedEx location in Kernersville, NCthat is the local hub before it gets delivered. Every time a package comes from FedEx, there is 3 day delay once it hits Kernersville. My package got there Saturday at 2:30amand is still there on Tuesday night. FedEx is horrible. Their so-called overnight/one day shipping took 5 days. Several of the frontline so-called customer service representatives flat out repeatedly lied when questioned about the status of a delivery. They had new lies when they were caught lying. The latest excuse for the delays was to claim a personnel shortage. Other delivery services manage to deliver on time but not fedex. Avoid them if at all possible. Hello FedEx. There is a saying that when someone shows you who they are, believe. I believed that you had horrible customer service on July 10th when you delivered my mattress from Walmart.com to the wrong customer, a kind gentleman who just happened to be receiving a mattress himself. He called me to let me know so I contacted you. Your warehouse rep kept telling me that this wasnt true and that it was in the warehouse. I got tired of arguing so I asked for proof that it was in the Warehouse which would be simple enough since your rep swore that it was there. Instead of sending a pic, your rep said to call Walmart which implied that the mattress was indeed not in the warehouse. I called Walmart and they said that they would send a second mattress. The second mattress was sent out and then returned to Walmart with no explanation so no you and Walmart have bungled two mattress deliveries, forcing me to purchase a higher priced mattress. I then complained to governmental regulatory agencies. I just received a response from one of the agencies today in which you implied that I was a liar and a thief because you stated without providing a modicum of proof that I received the initial mattress from the young man who you erroneously delivered it to. Way to go in owning up to your mistakes and accepting responsibility. I'm a teacher and give you a F- in Customer Service and Honesty. I am sure that you have proof that I received the first mattress because I am sure that you did your due diligence before libeling my good name. Will you please provide the proof? I ordered 2 Samsung Smart Monitors from Walmart.com, both scheduled to arrive Sunday, June 12th. Both Monitors arrived at the Charlotte, NC hub at 2:11 am on the 12th, and departed at 2:45 am. Both Monitors had been tracked regularly since the tracking number had been provided and both were said to be in transit. However, on Sunday, only one monitor arrived. I asked the driver about the other and he indicated he only had the one. I logged onto Walmart.com, only to read that the other monitor had been delayed. Figuring the other monitor was on another truck, I gave FedEx the benefit of the doubt and waited... And waited... Wednesday morning, I contacted FedEx, which isn't easy, since I had to go through a virtual assistant before talking to a person. When I finally got a live rep, he examined my shipment, but couldn't verify why my shipment was delayed or where it was. He opened a claim and assured me FedEx would resolve the matter. Twenty minutes later, I received a call from another rep claiming that my package was at a FedEx hub in Greensboro, NC. SHE said that I should receive my monitor Thursday or Friday, but if I didn't, contact FedEx, AGAIN, and they will TRY to resolve the problem. I STILL haven't received my monitor. Worse, I can't get a live rep on the phone, which makes me wonder if someone at FedEx five-finger discounted my shipment in transit. Not saying that happened, but I gotta wonder, since this is one of four instances where FedEx has lost one of my packages. Why do companies deliver by FedEx? They're horrible! read more

Has an attitude covered by fake 'yes ma'am' and 'thank you ma'am'... I was on hold on my phone and had been for OVER 2 hours. Even though I put the phone down, and wasn't speaking to anyone but her, she walked away from me and said WITH HER BACK TURNED 'I'll be happy to help when you end your phone call' I told her I was just on hold and she POINTED to a no cell phone sign. It's a perfectly ok place to quickly run in an print something out..but I don't have any good things to say about their shipping. 1) I get maybe around Christmas having to wait...but it seems pretty much year round I haven't been able to get out of this location in less than 20 minutes. 2) Pricing is BAD--I've taken items from here to a UPS store, and found packaging and shipping to be less than half the cost, with less of a hassle. 3) Customer service people frequently don't seem to know what's going on...not everyone in the store can help you with everything (such as shipping versus printing), which leads to some even longer waits sometimes. I still go to this location for some random small print jobs, but wouldn't recommend it for anything other than that. read more

Worst delivery company ever. Packages ALWAYS delayed for one reason or another. I have had packages sit IN KERNERSVILLE for 5 days before being placed on a delivery truck in the past. Today as I was waiting for my package that was 'out for delivery' I was notified that I had refused delivery. This was a complete lie. The truck never came to my home. if I could give them zero stars I would. My advice? Use any delivery service other than FedEx. You will be glad you did. Somehow my package was damaged and "missing contents". Instead of letting me come and pick it up anyway, they made the sender file a claim. They also didn't tell anyone until we called to make an inquiry. When I tracked it online, it said it was in transit! Ridiculous. read more

The clerk was on the phone, I'm pretty sure it was a personal call. There were no pens to use to fill out the forms. When I asked her a question once she got off the phone, she was rude and walked away in the back before I could even finish my question. When she came back, she ignored me and helped someone else. The worst experience I have ever had with shipping. I had to ship a package to my parents in Alabama on the 17th of August, it should have been there on the 22nd. Somehow the package got sent to California then Alaska and now it won't get to Alabama until the 29th. This package has important documents in it that are now in danger of expiring. We called and asked for a refund and they told us that the money doesn't get taken out of the account until the package is shipped, we are looking at our bank statement and the money was taken out on the 20th. They will not refund our money and claim that they haven't even charged us for it! We have been on the phone for over 40 mins with these people and have been transferred four times and put on hold more times than we can count. Now they are claiming they can't hear us! The worst company I have ever come in contact with. DO NOT USE THEM! I never will again! read more

Our business has had 3 difficult experiences with this center. I would much rather go 10 minutes away rather than 2 minutes to this location due to their horrible customer service. I tried to pick up a package for our business because our owner didn't want to have to go there. They would not allow it. Because of this, I tried to go mail something that simply needed tracking and took cash to pay. The representative ranted about the cash transaction the whole time acting like she wouldn't have the change, but she did. The last time that I went it another representative was having trouble at the Hub and asked that I wait. Then helped a different customer and resolved the Hub problem. Then when I tried to pay for mail to be shipped, she said that they didn't take cash. I told her that they did last time that I came in. She then stated that she was part time and could not accept cash. This place is ridiculous and I plan to never return here again. read more
