The employees here are incredibly rude. No greeting, bad attitudes, can hear employees in the back on the phone arguing-very alarming. When the employees see you walk in, they look at you as you are an inconvenience and that they have to get up off of the chair and help out a customer . I couldn't wait to get out of there. All I had was a small return to Amazon, took 10 seconds. There was no "thank you"... Nothing but sighs and fatigue. So sad. Many people would love to have this job. $12.50 for a 10" box.....I throw away 5 a day. Can I at least get a kiss before you stick it up my..... finish my sentence. Can I give a negative -5 star?? Had a return prepaid, simply said to bring it in for return as I've done many a time. The cashier said I needed to buy a 10"x10" box. The box was $9.00 and the "packing charge" was $3.00. With tax about $12.50. I get 5 boxes a day from Amazon for free. I realize companies need to make a profit to be in business. However a $1.00 box, 2' of tape, and 2 minutes labor all in could not exceed $2.50 assuming they pay the clerk $30 per hour. Box- $1.00, labor cost $1.00, tape $0.50. Cost $2.50 sell $12.50 plus tax or 500% profit. The great thing about capitalism is I vote with my $$$$, they will never get my vote again and I hope they don't take yours either. read more

I was here right before Christmas and again after New Year's Day. Before Christmas, the line was out the door which was no surprise. I kid you not, the man and two helpers in front of me, had TWO flat trolleys loaded with boxes. The line moved really fast as there were 5-6 workers behind the counter and every worker was patient and pleasant to every person. After NYD the crowd was gone but not the pleasant atmosphere. They also have some of the funniest cards I've seen, the selection is small but very different from other stores. read more

This store is open, not sure why it says it's closed. Anyway, I just left this place and wow!! I realized when I got back into my car that I actually felt anxiety from being in there. I was sent by Spectrum in order to return some equipment. I wasn't sure how this worked honestly but I was about to find out. Upon entering the store, two female associates were there...me the only customer. I waited and then I heard "can I help you?" When I approached the counter with my neatly packed spectrum boxes I said, "I was sent here to return these but I'm not sure what to do." The girl took the boxes without speaking a word, pulled all of the equipment out...pushed the boxes back towards me. Scanned equipment, tapped her nails on the counter while waiting for something to print. She then handed me a piece of paper and said "you need to take your boxes." I looked at the paper because I didn't really know what it was since she didn't speak to me at all. I asked which numbers showed what I returned and she replied "the same numbers they scanned when you got them." Wow!!!!! I turned to leave and heard "You need to take the boxes." I'm sorry but that was not a good experience at all :( Customer Service training desperately needed at this location UPS. I gave 3 stars because the service was quick but it's a generous 3stars! read more

Took a package in to be shipped, they wanted $35 to package and $65 to ship it, told them no thanks last time I shipped to same location & ups packed total was under $30... took item now in a proper box to UPS store on Highway 68 in Highpoint, they were very professional and only charged me $18.02 I even emailed them to try to talk to the owner about this before posting a review but no one responded. Beware when shipping, if it sounds outrageous it most likely is.. read more

International shipping has always been a big pain for my mother and I. Not anymore. The team that has been put into place in this location is wonderful. Malisa and her staff were diligent and worked hard to make sure everything was packed well. My sister called me today to let me know she got our mother's heirlooms and they were in one piece. Remarkable. I will say, UPS isnt always the cheapest but I will be taking all of my packages to this location from here forth. Thank you to this Kernersville location. read more
