Can't get in touch with anyone, my delivery of my device for work was scheduled between 8am-12pm. I had to take off of work as I have to be here to sign for the item. Driver marked package as delivered but took picture of package inside of truck as proof of delivery FedEx corporation acts like they can't do anything about the situation and gives the driver time to steal my package by prolonging you as if you were wrong. I had a small envelope that I needed before going out of town the following day. I paid for 2 day shipping but it was not fast enough. Since it was at the ship center 30 minutes away, I decided to drive to pick it up. It took 5 minutes for a representative to even make it to the counter and then I was told they cannot get my package because it's in a container and "we're not going through that right now". I had a small package that was given to FedEx by a company doing business with them to be shipped to me in New Orleans. The package arrived in New Orleans at the center and then was sent out to another state, MO.! Now all the shipping data was shown on the tracking information gathered from my phone. None of the promised dates of delivery were made. The package seemed to be eternally late! The package was ordered on 01/09 and was delivered on 01/27, that's nearly a month of shipping. I ordered a kitchen rack from Amazon and payed an extra 30 dollars for shipping but because it was shipped by FedEx it was only delivered to the outer gate of my apt complex. FedEx drivers are overpaid lazy aholes. Every delivery to this address is left outside the gate unless it is something lite. I wish Amazon would discontinue using FedEx . I am a disabled veteran and have trouble moving heavy packages from the outer gate to my apt . And another that happens here is if your package is not picked up right away it disappears. Fedex has provided the worst shipping services ever. My phone was suppose to be delivered to me on 09/16/2021 it is now 09/22/2021. Ive called customer service multiple times trying to see if they can just contact this facility so i can pick up my package . I could have paid $83 to have it arrive by 8am, $50 by noon and $40something by 8pm. I paid over $50 dollars to have an envelope delivered to New York City and was assured it would arrive by 12noon. It wasn't. It won't be there until 12noon tomorrow. They won't credit me, give me partial refund, etc because FedEx suspended all guaranteed deliveries last March. I didn't see any sign in the fedex building stating that, the lady that guaranteed delivery didn't that even though I opted for the higher price shipping there was no assurance it would arrive on time. Why charge extra to get it shipped faster when they don't stand by any of their delivery promises......... I think I understand now why amazon created their own fleet of delivery trucks. read more

The absolute worst! You pay high prices for overnight early am shipping and it never gets there on time! You're lucky if you even get it the next day at all. I've had next day packages take over a week to get to me. When you call customer service for a refund they give you some lame excuse. They claim weather delays when it sprinkles for 10min then refuse to refund. On an average week we get 3 overnight shipments and they fail 2 of the 3 times The people that work the counter act like you're bothering them when you have to drop something off because in a 9 hour work day they couldn't get a single driver to stop by. Their current hours are 9-4. A line starts to form at 7:30 or 8 to get in. If you are not in line by 2, you will not be able to get service and attempt to pick up your packages. If your package goes here good luck on getting it delivered or picking it up. I would recommend using UPS or even taking your chances with the New Orleans Post Office. Your odds of getting your package are way better than FedEx. read more

once again Fedex has lost my package that was for a special event tomorrow . it took countless days of being lied to, being told lies and untruths by their customer service where I sat at home for 4 solid days by the door since the package needed a signature. at the end of the day, they have no idea what happened to my package but it took 4 days to confirm the package was not on the truck for delivery like they told me every day. I had a box to be delivered for business purposes with the invoice already printed, box sealed, everything ready to go. I said "Hi" to the employee behind the counter and "this one is ready to go". She didn't say a word, but starred daggers at me and ordered me to "put it on the scale". I tried to talk to her, but she just gave me a miserable face and basically threw the receipt at me. This is a pretty good Fedex location. They held my package and I was able to pick it up after I returned from vacation. However, I dock them 1 point for being a bit rigid on their schedules in terms of delivery. They apparently could only do 1 specific time. In terms of professionalism, timeliness, cleanliness, etc., they are very good at 5/5. read more

Incompetent, irresponsible and rude!!! They gave my package to someone else and don't want to take responsibility to pay for it. They didn't check the tag number and gave some guy my package, which happened to be a new IPhone. If the name on the package doesn't match the person who's signing for it maybe you should do YOUR JOB and at least make sure the tag number matches the door tag he brought to you. read more

INCOMPETENT This is the worst service I have ever had. None of my packages ever arrive as expected. The delivery drivers don't ring the doorbell or knock, and they don't leave a door tag. And then you have to call them and wait on hold for 40 minutes and explain that you work out of your home and wonder why this could possibly occur every time. And when you're done doing that you will finally have to go to the location to pick up your package - which they either can't find or they've returned to the sender. So then you have to call corporate, that tells you that you have to work with the sender to work with fedex to get your packages back on track. Its a complete disaster. I always thought that FedEx is supposed to be the premier delivery service. Obviously not. Two days in a row we have a door tag indicating attempted delivery. The shipment requires a signature. The tracking page only lists the city of shipment origin -- not the sender's name. If we miss the third delivery attempt, we will have to drive TWENTY MILES to pick up a package from an UNKNOWN sender and FedEx has NO CONTACT to assist in determining the origin of this package. We have not ordered anything that would require a signature. This is a terrible system!!! read more

Sometimes the package is not delivered and a notice sent "Business closed", or "wrong address", or the package is left at the gate, even if it's always the correct address, the gate is open and I've been staying home waiting for the package all day long ! Never had ONE delivery problem with UPS, at the same address....The phone customer service though is always polite and trying to be helpful, but the delivery persons seem helpless! read more
