This FedEx is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful! They will do just about anything to make your presence there unwelcome and miserable. Every time I call - the phone just rings and rings. If you come here to pick up a package, even if you have your DL with you - they'll try their best to come up with every excuse to NOT give it to you by saying 'call the 1800 number' or 'bring us the door tag' - they won't even go in the back to 'look once' under the DAY or ADDRESS. Unprofessional, impolite and extremely slow... Shame on you FedEx. Manager needs to look into the staff (up front) being trained better! read more

It will not let me give a negative. This is absolutely unbelievable, I had five packages sent from the same store at the same day. FedEx, UPS and USPS, the three were sent by USPS are out for delivery (Standard ground shipping). Terrible, terrible, terrible. Waited home all day for a package. Never came. Then when I checked online, claimed no one was home to accept. Note that no notice was left on the door and I and my husband were home all day. Online said I could pick up today at 3. Arrived after 3, waited 45 minutes only to be told package was there but had not been scanned. Consequently could not find it but of course, I could call customer service and complain. I asked for the number. The woman wrote it on a slip of paper for me. Guess what, she gave me the wrong number! This place makes the US Post Office look efficient. read more

This Fed Ex looks relatively new. The inside is very clean and there are many help areas. The workers are very friendly and attentive to new customers. I came here around 7 and there were about 3 workers in the front although it wasn't necessarily busy. I needed to pick up something and ship something, the pick up was simple. Show your routing number, ID and they ask you to sign something. Then the shipping was very quick. One of the packages I was shipping only had a first name, and the worker helping me wanted to confirm I knew that if the receiver had to pick it up it might be harder etc. Great customer service. read more

FedEx ate a shoddy untrustworthy bunch of straight out liars. Paid for urgent next day from Colorado to Houston. Out on truck at 9am that morning. 6:38pm failed attempted delivery. We were in the house, have a camera, a doorbell and 4 dogs that says it's a lie. Called customer service. They also lied about where the customer was, that the depot was closed etc. Etc. Then the delivery is scheduled end of day next day - couldn't do before 9am because.......... it was only a next day delivery . Couldn't make it up. Don't use these clowns if you want an honest delivery service that you can trust. read more

Fed ex driver left a door tag. I figure I could just go get it myself, so i called to get an estimated time for when I could go pick up the package at the shipping center. The representative on the phone tells me to go at 6pm. So I drive 30 minutes to the shipping center at 6. Its not there. The lady at the desk says it'll be there at 10pm. But screw It, There's no way im waiting 4 hours there. I'm already pretty miffed since I just drove a full hour for nothing. But I figure I'll try again the next day. Well I call ahead and ask for an estimated delivery time. The rep on the phone says she'll give me an estimate in 2 hours. It's been 4 hours and it's way past the vague delivery time line she gave me. I'm still waiting. I'm calling ahead to ask for information and going the extra mile to make sure all the info is right. and STILL no one there seems to know what's going on. FFS. read more

The service is very unprofessional. They did not deliver my order in time. The email said they would deliver my item at this date, but it never came. I called them, and they told me I have to go to the Ship Center, so when I came there, they told me my item was still in the truck. The second time I went there, they told me my item was STILL in the truck and I have to wait more, so I called them again, and they said I have to go to the Ship Center again! When I came, they said to wait even MORE. They told me I have to "clear customs" and my item is now late two weeks. I payed a lot for shipping + the item. I don't understand why they still won't give me my order. It seems like they did not want to give me my item? Finally, I talked to them and they gave me my order. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. A package was supposed to be delivered Tuesday. Never showed up. They said that there was an attempt but, just like most of the other reviews on Fed Ex, I was home all day and no attempt was made. No door tag was left. The next day, Wednesday, they couldn't deliver because it was raining. Seriously? Raining? Imagine that, a thunderstorm on the Texas Gulf coast in summer. Fed Ex may as well cancel deliveries in this area until October. Ups delivered. Usps delivered. I called Wednesday night to raise hell and was guaranteed the package would be delivered Thursday. Guess what? No delivery. The package was on the truck Thursday morning and "out for delivery". By 8:00 Thursday night the package was not delivered and the status was changed to "pick up" at Fed Ex location 45 miles away. Just got off the phone with a supervisor for Fed Ex. When he looked at the records and the past rain forcast he said that he couldn't understand why, with light rain, the package couldn't have been delivered Wednesday. He actually said that I must have a lazy driver. He said that the driver was probably running late and just wanted to go home. Unbelievable. Now they want me to do their job and go pick up the package. The supervisor did say that he would call me back in 15 minutes to try to set up another delivery. He just called back. Said he wants to try and deliver again tomorrow (Friday). What he really means is wait around the house all day, for a fourth day, for a package that won't be delivered. Never again. I will pay more to use a company that doesn't use Fed Ex. read more

I ordered a package and paid a huge amount for overnighting it. "Guaranteed by" time is 3:00. I get an email 41 minutes after 3:00 telling me that delivery was attempted- that somebody refused the package. I had been at my desk near the door and would have heard or seen any person attempting to make a delivery- there had been no one. I immediately call FedEx "customer service" which of course offers no human to speak to but an automated message asking me which of three locations I'd like to have the package taken to so I can pick it up. I choose one of these locations- a FedEx pick up spot at a Randalls. On the way to said location, nearly there, I get a call from a half asleep woman at FedEx saying that I can't pick it up at that location (this is 30 minutes later) and that I have to pick it up at the location at Sam Houston parkway. No reason is given. An hour later I arrive at this location and am told that 1. The package is not there, I need to pick it up the next day at the FedEx pick up at Randalls. 2. I would not be able to take it anyway because my ID does not match the address on the shipping label. I have my friend (who it was addressed to) call customer service, first person John hangs up on her, second person Rachel tells her that she talked to the manager at the Sam Houston location and gave them permission to give me the package, to just ask for the manager and let them know. I ask for the manager Christian and tell him. He says no one has spoken to him and that "there's no way" they would give me the package. She calls again, gets a different person who says the same thing and insists that they have talked to Christian. Christian, very annoyed and very rudely insists again that no one has spoken to him. The third time I need to speak to him he's in the back. I ask someone else if I can speak to him. 20 minutes later that person comes back and says that Christian wants to know "what other information can I even need?" I find out while waiting for my friend to get there that the zip code on the package was wrong- our street address with that zip code- doesn't exist. If this is the case then why wasn't the person who SENT this package notified of this? Or us? The package wasn't refused- delivery wasn't even attempted. And if that zip code along with our street number and name doesn't exist- why wouldn't they just deliver it to the number and street name? And IF THIS ISNT AN OPTION- notify somebody that the address doesn't exist?!?!? How could they possibly have let us pay 100+ dollars for this overnight service if they knew they weren't even going to ATTEMPT to deliver it? The customer service level here is breathtaking. Bad doesn't cover it- this is a calculated scam. If it wasn't deliverable they need not have waited to 3:41 to email me and even then to lie about what actually happened. read more

Hmm I did try and not write this review but this fedex location is hands down the worst. This is the 4th time where a priority package was not delivered, The notes say that the driver tried to deliver the package but no one was at the location. This is not true. All these 4 times I was at home waiting for the package to be delivered and all 4 times it was the same message. One time I checked the update immediately and called fedex and complained, The driver delivered the package 15 minutes later. I have never had this experience anywhere else in the world, This location is definitely the worst. I wish someone at fedex really looks at these reviews and take action. read more

Worst fu***** experience ever. Driver never knocked on my door and never left a tag. When I called for status of course their call center is outsourced overseas, lovely and you get the run around. I requested a call back from a supervisor. One called me the next day and made me out to be the victim. Stating the driver did knock and left a tag, um... no he didn't. Lazy ass delivery driver!!!!!! I have a complaint about the driver who was supposed to deliver the package on Friday the 17th. I understand that they tried to deliver the package and left a door tag but they didn't bother knocking or ringing the door bell.... and someone is always home. So the next scheduled delivery was for the next day which was fine becuase I was going to be home since I was getting new windows installed in the house. The workers didn't finish until 5pm and I was going in and out the house thinking the package was going to be delivered at anytime. I was waiting at home until 630pm and so I decided to check on the status on the Fedex site and it showed that the attempt for delivery has made at 4:22pm. The driver never attempted because I and 6 other people were here. Sunday I left the door tag at the front door and added a note saying " Fedex please ring doorbell". The note has been there and today that I was schedule to be delivered, I made it home from work at 4:45pm and checked the status and still nothing. So I assumed I made it home on time to sign for it and I kept checking the status and front door and nothing. At 7:15pm I checked the status and it said that the driver attempted to deliver at 6:54pm...... he never ever came by to deliver anything or else he would of seen the damn fucking note that I left at the front door next to the doorbell. I'm so disappointed at the driver who is doing a half ass job for Fedex. I don't know how someone like this can keep working doing this just to go home early. I called the customer service number and they gave me an address to the facility that I could pick it up at and so I went and there is no Fedex facility there... it's an open grass field: 233 Cravens Rd...I think this needs to be updated!!! I saw that I am not the only person that lately this is happeneing to but if you read some of the reviews there are many other people who have experienced the same thing that I am experiencing that the driver claims that they attempted to deliver but didn't. read more

I missed my package delivery at home because I couldn't get to the door fast enough (10am) and was very upset because online it said I would have to wait until AFTER 5pm to visit their FedEx center to pick my package up. So I called customer service and they scheduled for another delivery attempt the same day! The delivery guy came back within another hour and I was so shocked! Absolutely terrible customer service. The driver placed a missed delivery tag on my front door stating to pick the package up after 4 pm. I arrived after 4 pm and the driver had not arrived yet - no issue with that. The FedEx associate's attitude was the issue insisting that it doesn't mean it will be available by 4 pm, and oh by the way, we close at 5 pm. Really? You are not going to make sure I have my time sensitive package today? What did I pay shipping through you guys for again? Time to vote with my dollars and use someone else. read more

Not about this particular location, but my delivery was scheduled to arrive last night by 8pm. Didn't happen. When I checked the status this morning, there was no estimate for delivery. So I called. I was told that they cannot deliver packages today becasue of the weather conditions in Houston. I asked what weather conditions exist that prevent deliveries, and I was told that it is too cold. It is 39 degrees right now, expected to go up to 55 later today. My brother-in-law works for Fedex in Philadelphia and he delivered packages there yesterday although it was 1 degree, with wind chill of minus 20. I got the address for this location so that I could drive down and get my package, as I am able to drive even in cold weather!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently had the most horrible experience with Fed Ex. I ordered shoes online for my babies first year in high school. I received a text saying shoes delivered. Despite being home all day and having a front door camera to prove no Fed Ex driver ever came to my door.... I went to this fed ex store and was told to go to another fed ex store to show video. They sent me to a place that is 100 % automated with no person present. I just asked to call the driver to see where he took the shoes. I was told to wait 5 business days to report it to merchant of shoes don't show up. I reordered the shoes while fed ex is doing nothing to look for shoes or even respond to me. Their customer service is extremely poor. I understand They ship millions a day but the contents of my package meant the world to my 14 year old child. I only want what I paid for nothing more. I didn't ask for any credit or refund.. I only asked for them to call the driver and ask 2 days ago. So be mindful when using fed Ex, because they take no accountability for their actions. read more
