Seems like every time this guy has to come back to deliver something it's messed up, opened or destroyed! UPS deliverers 44 lbs of dog food and the bag or box is still in one piece! This is the same Postman that I had to sit in my driveway waiting for him to deliver mail so that I could receive a certified letter cause he doesn't ring the doorbell nor knock on the door just like when he delivered this opened box this morning... I have a Ring camera that shows everything, even the man walking across my landscape Every time he delivers mail!! Can't believe this guy still gets a paycheck!! This is a local company that takes the time to make sure things are done right. The work was permitted, the installers were tidy, and the system works perfectly. Customer service is important to them. I would recommend Air Comfort to anyone shopping around for a new system. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.
