This is the LAST TIME I have anything shipped by FedEx. I got two calls yesterday telling me the my medical shipment will arrive today between 8:30am and 12:30 pm. This morning at 9am I received a call from fedex saying that the delivery is out and will deliver between 11 am and 1:30pm Well now it's 2:30 pm so I call fedex to be told that I should receive my medicine by 8:30 pm tonight. This is the WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE and charges MORE THAN IT IS WORTH. I HAD TO CANCEL ALL MY APPOINTMENT'S FOR THE DAY JUST TO WAIT FOR SHIPPING THAT DID NOT COME. I SHOULD CHARGE FOR A DAY OF WAGES. I will never EVER use fedex again. I ordered some tree frogs from a very reliable site and they had to wait for the weather to improve to get shipped to Michigan. The weather improved and they shipped out and got over nighted. The Kentwood delivery driver didn't take two more seconds out of his day to realize that there were live animals in the package he was handling and went up to my apartment complex did not immediately see the apartment number and instead of looking, left with my LIVE TREE FROGS that had already been in his vehicle since 7:45AM that day. I immediately called fedex to get this resolved and to which they responded there was nothing they could do with LIVE ANIMALS sitting in the back of the deliver drivers truck. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they refused to even put me on hold for one. I asked them to possibly call the delivery driver to turn around and deliver them. They were not delivered at the time of 10:30AM as the tracking number said they would be and that being said I had to go to a work meeting where I spent 20 minutes talking back and forth with the fedex lady about how this needed to get handled NOW. They did not have an remorse or any helpful information. They told me that I could pick them up at the facility mentioned because of the drivers schedule getting done at 6PM. I asked if my significant other could pick them up because again these are LIVE ANIMALS. To which they said no because his address on his ID is not the same as the address listed even though him and myself live at the same address it has been crazy to get address changes due to COVID and the Secretary of State. I asked if he could take a piece of mail with the current address and with his legal name on it and they said no. I will refuse to use this Service EVER AGAIN. Get your drivers, and facility managers in check because this is unacceptable. read more

This review is against FedEx in general. I paid to have a ring delivered and insured it for its value of $6,400. I called an hour later to have that ring stopped from shipping and was I informed it was already in the warehouse. I needed to have it shipped to my address instead of the original shipping address. I was informed "no problem" and was given a confirmation number and confirmed the shipment would be stopped and returned to me. Fifteen hours and 4 checkpoints later the ring was delivered to the wrong address a/k/a scam artist. I called immediately and said retrieve my package and their response was "oh sorry, but we cannot retrieve a package that has been signed and delivered". In the past 6 weeks I have been continually told, they are not responsible, not their fault so no insurance will be paid on this claim. If I don't like it, get a lawyer but again we did nothing wrong so you won't win. They did not deliver the package to the correct address but they are not responsible. I paid to have it insured, but they feel they don't owe me anything. I will never use FedEx again. I will never encourage anyone to use such a horrible customer service company. read more
