My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.
