The employees at Pak Mail are amazing. They are super patient, lend me a free s wrap box if I need one to ship something and pack everything up for me if I didn't have said box. I've been going here for years because I can use them as a UPS drop off for returns and I'm always in and out in no time. I stopped in on July 6th. The employees were not wearing masks, there is no plexiglass or other barriers. I have since read a much earlier review that said the employer does not require such precautions. The employer also does not require any of my further patronage in light of such a total disregard for my safety and the safety of his employees. read more

Came in with an item that I needed to ship - planned on being there for about ten minutes so I could purchase a box and tape. Much to my surprise they took my item and said I was all set to go! In and out, and treated respectfully. Will return in the future. read more

I shipped a package from this location asked for the cheapest option to ship a xmas package to Beaverton OR 25lbs that I had all boxed up etc. Thinking they would be same price as FedEx online. FedEx online was $55.58 and PakMail charged me $96.08 to basically input the info and put a sticker on my package. I called next day to complain and ask for the difference refund. Was told I should have just done FedEx online as the $96.08 is what their system calculated and I was basically SOL. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS PLACE! RIP OFF! read more

One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. I will say whoever I first spoke to on the phone was very professional and helpful and it went seriously downhill from there. I was an artist at ArtPize and needed some photographs shopped back to NYC, while they originally agreed, it was difficult to get any response whatsoever. When I finally did, they informed me that they misplaced my package for about a week, when they finally shipped, the box showed up completely damaged and the cords that were part of an installation were all in a ball. We have been going through the settlement of an estate. Part of the process involved dealing with a large coin collection and recommendations regarding the shipment of many other items. Calvin and his crew were as professional as anyone I have dealt with, and provided very good advice regarding how to best accomplish our shipping requirements. Items they packaged arrived undamaged, and packages we provided were inspected and additional packaging was added as needed.
