I had planned to recycle them but the driver said he wanted them. Had I known it would be an extra $272, I wouldn't have agreed. And to top it all off, they charged me an hour extra ($159). I can't complain about the actual movers, who were fantastic, but the shady business practices are enough to make me want to warn others. I had to pay in full before they'd unload the truck, I did not get an itemized bill until I asked twice via email, and then when I questioned the extra charges, I also had to ask twice. Be wary.

My experience with Browning Moving & Storage has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the start,…read morethe service was sloppy and incomplete. Several of my boxes arrived opened and torn, and some are still missing. Despite repeated calls, no one has bothered to follow up with me. What makes this worse is that Jason Spaller, Vice President of Browning Moving & Storage, personally assured me that he would walk me through the claims process and help resolve everything. That promise was completely empty--he has not followed up, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The UniGroup Companies, who are handling my claim, have also failed to return any of my calls, and my claim remains unresolved to this day. The total lack of accountability, follow-through, and basic customer service from both Browning Moving & Storage and The UniGroup Companies has been absolutely appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. You deserve better. FYI - Thank you to the acknowledgment of the "business manager", but no one has contacted me at all. This might be just an automatic standardized response to save face but with no actual care or intent of resolving the issue.

Compared the price with 3 other companies and find it right there with the same ball park. The pickup and delivery went smooth, no surprise's no additional charges no damages, thank you! Delivery on time as promised. I am very happy, quality is good, price is good overall very happy. I am not planning another move but if I will be moving I sure call Jordan River Moving again and tell all my friends and family. The company used their own trucks and movers.

The company called ahead of moving day to confirm we were still on, and the day of the move went smoothly. The crew showed up on time, and really hustled to get everything out the door and onto the trucks. Their prices are very reasonable.
