Not sure if this is the proper place for leaving this review, but hopefully someone from FedEx will see it--I have a HUGE sign on my front door that says (in CAPS): PLEASE USE BACK DOOR FOR DELIVERIES TOO! I don't like my packages just hanging out on my front porch where they're easily accessible to just anyone, and yet it never fails--FedEx always leaves my package on my front porch as if they either can't read or can't walk around back and drop the package over the fence. Really, in the business of delivering packages in a day and age in which porch package thefts are off the charts, you'd think a company would be more invested in at least attempting to avert it. You're FedEx! You can do better. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have an over night package sitting in Lansing that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, medication. They lied about and said "wrong address" so they did't deliver it. I called Fed-Ex 800 number and they said it was the correct address. Either they can't read in Lansing or they don't want to do their job. Of course you can't get their phone number to talk to anyone there. This is a horrible place!! read more

We are now out 500 bucks and a mixer because the driver signed my husband's name and left the package on the porch. This was a sign and I'd required package. No care given at all, and customer service basically said oh well sorry for you. This was supposed to be a surprise gift from him that he has saved for for months. Because of their incompetence and lack of caring about customers i had to cancel an appointment with a specialist that is waited SIX MONTHS to see. Chewy -pet food, etc ships and uses FedEx. In the past when we were blessed with a better driver he would -as Chewy said the box(es) would be delivered to front door. It's covered, out of the weather/ like today rain, possibly snow. Last several times this woman slams the box I heard out of the truck in the driveway... leaves. No matter weather. Horrible service. Customers come absolutely last in their priorities. Drivers lie that they attempted deliveries that never happened. Repeated calls to arrange delivery only result in more lies and wasted time waiting for "promised" deliveries that never come. Customer "service" can't do anything to help except try to listen to your complaint, and some of them don't even bother to do that. Everyone there is trying to get you to come pick up your own package from their facility, even though you paid for it to be delivered to your home. Apparently you need to hire a different delivery service to get packages delivered from FedEx to your house. All of you who are shippers (the only ones leaving good reviews), I sure hope you're getting very cheap shipping costs, because you're definitely getting the worst delivery service out there (and making your customers very angry about the imposition on their time, and the rotten service -- or lack of service -- they're getting when they buy your products). read more

I really wish FedEx would answer my calls and messages about a missing package instead of repeatedly telling me the case is closed and contact my apartment office. I along with maintenance and a leasing manager had checked all mailrooms within a few hours after the delivery was "made" by FedEx. I doubt someone stole my package from a mailroom that required a key fob to access, but FedEx refuses to answer my calls so I can find out where my package even could be. read more

FedEx has been notorious for leaving door tags instead of a package. They seem to find it hard to push a buzzer with their finger! Left a door tag when I was home e and buzzer was NEVER pushed. Yesterday an expected delivery via Federal Express somehow went astray. We received notification that the item had been left at our backdoor but the picture was not of our house and -- since it was someone's backdoor -- we have absolutely no idea what house it might be. When we contacted FedEx to let them know they'd made a mistake they verified our address ("Yes, that's the delivery address we have on file") but then seemed to shrug their shoulders in a noncommittal "Oh well." Hmmm... It's now 24-hours later and we haven't heard anything from them. Soooo, I guess they expect us to wander around our neighborhood knocking on doors and asking people if they received a FedEx delivery that doesn't belong to them. The employees at this fed ex ship center are excellent. We had trouble at another local print and ship center with an international shipment to Canada. Bishop and Carol were more than willing to help us out and explain what the other store could or would not. They were fantastic to deal with, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Plus they were $200 cheaper than our local location. I highly recommend this location. I can't say enough about how great Carol and Bishop are. They made what had been a very frustrating experience at another location into a happy one at their location. read more

I've been using this FedEx Ship Center regularly for business international shipments the past 7 months since moving to East Lansing, MI. I cannot say enough good things about the friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency of the team at the Enterprise Road facility. I had been using a FedEx ship center in California for years, and was concerned that I would not find another FedEx team as good as what I had access to there in California. But my concerns were quickly alleviated when I started using the FedEx ship center on Enterprise Road. Consistent excellent service from friendly reps is what you'll get here! read more

Bad experience. A Fed Ex drive used my driveway to turn around in (not delivering a package to me so I got nothing out of this), got stuck, had to be towed out, ripped up my driveway and chose not to be accountable for anything. She said her boss would talk to me but I had to get to work as I had a client calling. No note on my door, nothing. I filed an incident report with the company that's gone nowhere after many follow up inquiries on my part. Finally, I cobbled my driveway back as best I could (there are ditches on either side with a culvert pipe that was just replaced and retopped this summer. They could have taken ownership of what they did. Instead, they just created ill-will and a life-long conviction on my part to never use their services again. read more

FedEx DELIBERATELY lies to its customers and I can prove it beyond ANY doubt. FedEx tracing system shows my package was delivered to their Lansing, Michigan office and SAT AROUND there for FOUR days. Then it was put on their truck at 2 am today (5/14/21). I called this morning and was told it would be delivered to me in (Eugene, Oregon) by the end of the day today (5/14/2). According to wwwtrippy.com, it takes 36 hours and 7 minutes to drive from Lansing Michigan to Eugene, Oregon. THERE IS NO HUMAN POSSIBILITY OF DRIVING FROM LANSING, MICHIGAN TO EUGENE, OREGON (36 HR. TRIP) BY END OF THE DAY TODAY. Fedex's phone customer service assures me it will arrive at my home before the end of the day today. I am expected by FEDEX to sit home ALL day and wait for it to arrive and sign for it! Despite the evidence it COULD NOT ARRIVE TODAY, the rep refused to admit that. If you can count on your fingers, you know that FEDEX deliberately lied about delivery. FEDEX DELIBERATELY LIES ABOUT DELIVERY DATES/TIMES AND I HAVE PROVED IT BEYOND ANY DOUBT. read more

I came to fedex to try and mail a letter to Coast Rica. When I told the attendant what I was trying to do she became unhappy and said it would be difficult. When I told her I wanted to pay with cash she told me that I was not "Allowed" to. She said fedex has a new rule that they don't take cash... This is not right or lawful seeing as how the federal civil rights act mandates that "all persons be entitled to equal enjoyment of goods without discrimination". After a couple identity thefts I no longer use credit. That hasn't been a problem seeing as how cash is "Legal tender for all debts public and private". There has been a trend among large corporations for over a decade to try and go cashless because it cuts cost of their accounts receivable and keeps their employees from stealing but now they're trying to use the Corona virus as a disguise to push forward these new policies. I believe in wearing a mask and social distancing as well as other measures to be taken to quell the spread but this was not done for that reason. read more

I've had 4 packages crushed and broken , I don't know what is going on at this place , but if you want your package to get there in one piece go with UPS or USPS ,, Fed Ex is the worst, they just don't care ,, and there custom service is the same ,, I"m hoping in the future this company goes under !!! read more
