Did not arrive and my brother-in-law had to leave for Miami without the wallet. He then had to try to overnight it from Omaha to Miami. It did not arrive until several days later. I paid $117 and he paid $117 and never got the package delivered over night. We have made five or six calls and have not gotten any refund of our mailing. First off I went in on the Friday before the holiday. I knew my printing would be something that…read morewould take a while so I said I was in no rush and could pick it up on Tuesday. The man behind the desk was rude and snippy to customers. I took in a full sheet of paper. I said I wanted it cut in half and the information back to back so it was a half sheet. Then I wanted it laminated and a single hole punch at the top. I arrived on Tuesday to pick it up and they had put one side the correct way (with the HOLE PUNCH on top) and when you flipped it over, the writing was upside down. Once flipped the correct way, the hole punch was OF COURSE on the bottom. The worker tried a feeble excuse at making it my fault. However, I told him I'd told the previous worker that I wanted it double sided (which in and of itself tells you what I want) but COMMON sense would then say if there is a hole this is LIKELY something that will be hung up. So how could it be usable if one side is upside down. That was yesterday morning. I called today and he said we are working on the laminating and it "should" be done by tomorrow. $250 for 95 copies. I am okay with the price simply because the labor in office would equal that. However, I will never come back to this Kinko again to fulfill the printing needs of my company. Ever.

I officially LOVE RetroDuck…read more A group of seniors in my major decided to have a bar crawl the week before our last finals week. And at the last minute, we decided we wanted shirts as well. We threw together a pretty basic design (1 color, front-and-back design) and set out to find a local business that could screenprint a dozen shirts on such short notice (1 week). Turns out everyone in town was having bar crawls/BBQs/other end of the school year events and every screenprinting place I visited was SWAMPED. I even called a few places in Lansing, Holt, and Okemos. No one could turnaround the shirts in just a few days. Then I called RetroDuck and told them of my plight. "Sure we can do it, no problem." The customer service was great: I submitted my design via email and picked out a shirt color from their online catalog. RetroDuck emailed me back a few hours later with a graphic displaying how my design would look on the shirt I had picked out. I got to doublecheck the sizing of the design and everything. The shirts were done on time with no mistakes. After all was said and done, each shirt cost $11.90. Zero complaints.

They were friendly and the turnaround was extremely fast. With great excitement, we picked up the work and took it home, preparing to hang it. Before we were able to get it on the wall, we discovered an error in one of the three pieces. This error was ours...entirely our mistake. But when we contacted Capital Imaging about reprinting that piece with the error fixed, they gave us a great break on the reprint, even though the reprint was to fix our error. Amazing! The piece looks great on our nursery wall. I absolutely recommend Capital Imaging for all your printing needs, great or small.
