FedEx is so disappointing, I order product, pay for express delivery take off of work , wait all day only to get a notification saying my package was delivered.... but it wasn't delivered to me. I call the delivery company to get them to find my package so I can pick it up, and nobody knows where it is. I don't have my product, yet they took my money. Like I don't understand how a delivery company who specializes in deliveries; can't read addresses and can't track their drivers or their packages it's beyond baffling. If I could leave zero stars I would! Awaiting a PS5 and I'm sure the driver has stolen it. I'm home everyday waiting just to get a message saying a delivery attempt was made. No knock, no call, no door tag, NOTHING! Was told they don't make deliveries on Sunday's but alas a "delivery attempt was made" and at 8:49 am wtf else would I be on a Sunday at 8:49 am. Then after speaking to a supervisor I've been told that due to the high volume of packages the driver decided that he would just put in the system that a delivery attempt was made 3x when it really wasn't. This is travesty! This place is terrible! I have to now contact the shipper to have my package held at a facility for me to pick up. I'm sure from now until then they have enough time to "lose" it. read more

Fedex is responsible for my missing Amazon purchases worth about $500. They claim they delivered the packages. But we didn't receive them. I was at home to receive the packages and they never came. In this experience, Customer Service was horrible. Amazon sends you to the seller; the seller sends you to the delivery company. The delivery company tries to send you back to either of these two parties. Then FedEx gives the appearance of attentiveness with their "Virtual Assistant" and call center runaround, but in reality you just end up chasing your tail. So you don't receive your purchases and you have lost your hard earned money. This experience has been so disheartening that I am wondering if the delivery workers are simply just tired, overworked, underpaid, and prone to regular delivery errors--especially around the holidays; or whether droves of criminals are actively stalking the FedEx truck drivers in order to steal potentially valuable packages; or if there is something more afoot within the company vis a vis the drivers. Anyway We live in the kind of small cul de sac where we can see everything and everyone all the time. If someone stole these packages then it would be on camera. Right? Our porch camera revealed that no such delivery took place at our home at the time Fedex is asserting. I know it's the season for missing packages, but this is not a customer issue--this is a FedEx issue. They need to find our packages and deliver them, or make this right in terms of a refund. They cannot continue to shield themselves from liability. If this keeps up, I smell a major class action lawsuit against FedEx on the horizon. Kelly F spoke the gospel about the drivers not delivering packages. First thing that we do after work is to walk our 2 dogs, and several times we saw the driver do a U-turn out of our parking lot while never even stopping. We watch the post office and UPS trucks stop and get out all the time, but these guys don't. The other day I left the door ticket on our front window with a note that I was home and for the FedEx deliverer to knock on the door. Surprise, surprise, nobody shows up but at 4:45 it was marked no one there to sign for package. I call the center and tell them I have a photograph proving my ticket was up and I was home and magically the driver returns 20 minutes later and has my package. These guys actually spend more time trying to get out of work than doing the actual work. read more

The worst. The FedEx delivery person from this center NEVER delivered or ATTEMPTED to deliver my package today. Instead, I received an email notification that said "Delivery could not be completed because the customer was not available," which is untrue. I stayed home specifically so I could receive the package. He/She didn't leave a door tag either. I called the Center and they just expect me to pick it up or wait another three days for a re-delivery. Horrible, incompetent staff. read more

Said they made 4 attempts to deliver my package but I have been here in my apartment ALL DAY waiting and have not received one buzz. Called and they gave me no assistance, just said I was lying because their drivers wouldn't lie. Yeah ok. Absolutely ridiculous. Get packages delivered all the time and NEVER have this problem. Yup. The other reviewers aren't kidding. They mark your package as undeliverable without even attempting to deliver it, don't leave a door tag, and you have to just figure out how and where to go get your package yourself. Then you have to deal with the crap customer service when you go to their facility. Unbelievable. What is the shipper paying for? I'm going to complain to the company that shipped me this package. They need to change their shipping provider. read more

This FedEx facility is a wee bit out of the way for us - and everyone else who doesn't live in the immediate area surrounding BWI. However, the staff is great. Need to arrange a late pick-up of your package because you weren't home for the delivery attempt? No problem! read more

I received an email that my package had arrived. So I rush home for my lunch break and see my package sitting 25 feet from my front door. It looked like the driver just pulled up along the fence, grabbed my package, then just threw it over the fence into my yard. I unfortunately live on a high vehicle and foot traffic road. Leaving my package within arms length of anyone passing by is ridiculous. I mean, come on! This is extremely unprofessional. read more

The staff here is efficient and fast. Be warned the office now closes an hour earlier than posted on the web site. I showed up at 755pm on a Thursday to find the lights of the office off and a note on the door that the hours of business had changed. One of the fed ex folks leaving the building noticed me and three other customers standing outside office and promptly helped us all get shipping supplies and to the right location to drop off for the final pick up at 845pm. He was a life saver! read more

Today was the third time in a year that I had an issue with a delivery from FedEx. Unfortunately, I can't chose which delivery service the companies use but I can let it be known that FedEx needs to get better. The first package, the driver threw it on my porch busting the box open and leaving the contents all over my porch. The second package, they claimed they tried to deliver it three times. When they finally delivered it the package had been opened and resealed and an itme was missing. This last time, the driver took it to the wrong address. I got my email that it was delivered. I contacted them right away to let them know it was not delivered to my address. I asked them to contact the driver since it had only been ten minutes. They gave me a 800 number to give to the store so they could file a claim. If you can request that your pacakages are not delivered by FedEx. A hit to their pockets might make them fix their delivery issues. NOT HAPPY!!!!! read more

I spoke to a gentleman from FedEx and he said that I could come pick up my package that was undeliverable today. I told him that I would be able to drive to the center and pick it up, but wouldn't be able to make it until close to 7:45. I arrived at the location at 7:44, ran up to the door to find that the door was locked. I waited and waited, when a lady came to the door to let someone else out and said, that they were closed. I told her that I had been waiting and that the door was locked early. She could care less. She turned her back to me and walked away. Unbelievably rude! Unacceptable! I ordered a book via Amazon and the seller shipped it using Fedex. They attempted to deliver it to my home when both my husband I were not home. I signed the door tag so that the carrier would just leave it on my porch. The carrier did not leave it and took it to the FedEx center in Linthicum Heights. I was unable to pick up the package because I had to work. So, I left work early today to pick up the package only to be told that they destroyed it on June 13th. I asked if they sent out notifications to alert customers that they would destroy their property in 5 days and she said, "No". I asked to speak to a manager only to be told that he's in a meeting. Please don't ship or receive any products via Fedex, their policy is ridiculous and the customer service representatives were nonchalant about the whole situation. I am furious!!! read more
