If I could give them zero stars I would. The delivery driver keeps delivering packages to the wrong address for just about everyone in our neighborhood. It's almost as if they intentionally deliver every single package to one house in our neighborhood and is expecting that homeowner to deliver all of the mis-delivered packages to the rest of our neighborhood. Ridiculous! Here is his photo from a screenshot that I took from my camera footage. Here, he is delivering my 'neighbors' package to 'my' house. He also left the package in the driveway instead of leaving it on my covered front porch or my covered side porch where I have a package delivery box. At this point, I don't think retraining would help. He should be fired. Where do they find these people??? People should stop using FedEx and make them suffer the consequences of hiring lazy, incompetent people just to have a warm body and prompt them to start hiring people again who will actually do the job they were hired to do and do it right. Be the solution, not the problem! And if you are this delivery driver and you are seeing this, SHAME ON YOU SIR!!! Or if you know this guy, tell him to DO BETTER!!! And I am still waiting on a return phone call from earlier this month regarding my missing package. Won't hold my breath on that because they clearly give zero cares. read more

Walked in needing to pack and ship on a company account. This location does have some packing supplies, but it doesn't look like it carries as much as some of the other service centers. The account had an issue, but the ladies at the kiosk were super helpful in recommending solutions and explaining the issue so I could find a resolution. read more

No option for ZERO Stars. Its beyond frustrating to find out a package has been shipped via FedEx because one will automatically know that problems are about to occur. I have yet to have anything delivered to my home, it normally takes calling all neighbors to find my package. Most recently, my package is sitting at a ship center for pickup which is 1.5 hours away. It is sitting there because the driver didnt attempt to deliver it. I work from home and i was home all day/night on the date the driver didnt deliver. I called FedEx support 4 times. 3 times they have told me that they would ensure that it would be delivered the next day. 4th time, the rep said the other 3 people were wrong and that the only option is for me to take off work to drive 1.5 hours one way to pick up the package that i paid fedex to deliver. No option for ZERO stars. This place does not deserve a star. My package was supposed to arrive on 12/6. The driver pulled in my driveway at around 9:15 that night. Sat in his/her truck, then left. Did not leave a package. Soon after I get a notification on my phone from FedEx stating that delivery was attempted no one home. That is BS because a signature was not required. Should have been left on my doorstep. So I called FedEx customer service, which isn't easy to get through to a person, on several occasions only to get one excuse after the other. First was delivery attempt which I already explained. Next was circumstances beyond their control, whatever that means. And then it was weather conditions. Now I don't know about most folks, but around here most of us do drive when it is raining. Was told a case worker would be in touch with me. Well, no one ever called me. On 12/9 I look out my window and see a FedEx truck at my neighbors house. I'm thinking maybe she has my package, so I stood at my window and watched to see if she pulls in my driveway. She backs out and comes toward my house but drives on past very slowly,,,,,,then opens my mailbox and puts my package in my box. I don't know if FedEx and their drivers realize that it is against the law for them or anyone else other than the owners and USPS to be in any ones mailbox. Nice FedEx. I have a 24inch by 18 inch yard sign the is right next my walk way. That said . Please Place a package on the porch next to the door. Thank you. Item was suppose to be delivered 12/2/24 and require a signature. Never received the item that day at all. I kept updating my tacking info till 820pm and it says it was out for delivery and Corey was the driver. At 830 my tracking updated saying it was delivered at 520pm and signed for. I never got the package and never signed for anything. Any time something is delivered by Fed Ex to my home I either never get it, or item is tossed at the end of my driveway next to the road. read more

I have never in all my days seen a mess like this place! I get notifications that my package is out for delivery and it doesn't come til days later. I've had my packages delivered to the wrong address more times than I can count now and you have to go through so much just to speak to a real person, and when you do all they say is we will make a note! There's a reason this place has such terrible reviews. I had a label sent to me to do a return, and there was a QR code that could be scanned if I took it into a FedEx store. Upon walking in I waited about five minutes without being greeted by anyone(there was no one to be seen, but I could hear someone in the back,) and I finally had to say hello loudly to get a response. The lady who finally came to help me told me before she even tried to scan the QR code that it probably wouldn't work. Which of course it didn't. I would have to take it to a different FedEx location even though the information email was sent listed this as one of the locations where it could be taken. The email for the return also included a link where you could open the label and have it printed but of course that sends you to the FedEx website which would not load either. She kept blaming it on the company I was returning with, that doesn't seem to be the case to me. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to come here for absolutely no reason. But yelp tried to warn me. Seems like at the very least if they knew that they were having problems with their QR reader, they would look into getting that fixed. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

This FedEx isn't the greatest. I walked in with my 4 year old and 15 month old to ship out an envelope and waited almost 10 minutes before a human being employee came out to help me. First of all there is a doorbell that rings every single time the automatic door opens (which my 4 year old opened 5,000 times) and I also rang their service bell and still no one came until someone else came in then an employee came in. No hospitality and she took her sweet time to help me. She wasn't very friendly and acted like I was wasting her time. If you hate your job so much why work there?!? read more

My company sent me a computer for testing for a critical technology project last Thursday. They sent it "Priority Overnight" and was supposed to arrive "by noon" on Friday. Well, it got from Cary, NC to Madison, AL overnight easily enough. Since then, God only knows what's going on with it. It didn't get delivered Friday, despite being "out for delivery." Nor did it come Saturday. Apparently they don't deliver at all on Sundays because there wasn't even an attempt to put it on a truck. The next update said "by noon" on Monday. Well, it's past noon now and so now the status says "by end of day." Yeah... we'll see. The package requires a signature for delivery. I've been around every time it was supposed to be delivered, even adjusted my weekend plans to be here to sign for it when it arrived. Nothing. Thoroughly disappointed and will never use FedEx again if I have the option. read more

Madison ALABAMA delivery to Decatur is TERRIBLE! I've never not once had a delivery that was as it should be. Time after time the tracking says delivered when it's not. The drivers can't read addresses apparently! This shipping center is horrible. Plain and simple. I have never been so irritated in my life. There are multiple tracking updates that state "NO ATTEMPTS MADE" will deliver next day only to repeat the next day and than the next day. This has went on for over a week. I called them to let them know that I moved ( after waiting for over 10 days past my delivery date) only for them to deliver finally to my old address. They had my updated address and I was reassured by the corporate office my furniture would be re-routed to my new address due to their delay. Never again!! read more

Horrible service. Package shows on the delivery truck to be delivered on Saturday. The Driver shows up, but it is raining. I guess he was afraid he would melt, so he doesn't leave the package. Now it shows I won't get the delivery until Tuesday. After calling customer service, turns out they don't deliver to a residents on Monday, what the heck. Its the delivery truck drivers I have a problem with, I NEVER get my package delievered to MY address they always always always take it one house to far and I have to get my (now opened) package from my neighbor Everytime! FEDEX's tracking tells me that delivery of my package will be before 7:00pm today. It is 8:00am now and I want to go to the gym for an hour or two now. I was expecting a shipment from FedEx and signed up for text messages to give me the status of my shipment. I wasn't going to be home when they delivered it, so I had it rerouted to a FedEx pick up location. Last Wednesday the notifications told me that it had not been delivered and was being rerouted back to this Ship Center. It then told me it would be delivered the following Saturday. Saturday came around and the same thing happened, and I was told it was going to be delivered Tuesday (the day before writing this review). Tuesday night rolled around and I was told the same thing, that it was on its way back to the Ship Center. I talked to two separate customer support agents, and both told me that it had been sent back to the Ship Center. The last one told me that the best thing to do would be to pick it up myself--which kind of defeats the purpose of FedEx as a service company. I stopped by the office and the lady on the intercom was incredibly rude. I repeatedly said that I know that the issue wasn't her fault, and she acted like it was my fault and said that the package was delivered on the first day that it said it was going to be, contrary to FedEx's own updates and customer service. When I tried to issue a complaint--again, not at the human being I was talking to, who was at no fault of her own--she turned off the intercom while I was in mid-sentence. I'll be calling tomorrow to talk to a manager. If you have a choice in shipping, go with UPS or better yet the USPS, especially since FedEx is lobbying congress to have the whole service shut down. read more

I had my door open because I was expecting a package delivery by 12. Everyone was in their room or the downstairs living room. There wasn't a knock at the door nor did the doorbell ring. Went outside to my car and a door tag was on the door. There was 3 cars and a truck parked in front of the house but per fedex driver no one was home.
