This Wednesday afternoon I walked in the door and was spoken to with such disdain and disregard. When I walked into the door there was an older tall man that wore glasses and had salt and pepper colored hair and beard. He asked me what I wanted and then what I had (my dry cleaning was in my bag I was holding). Stunned by what I was hearing, he sarcastically proceeded to tell me that I should have drove through the drive through window that the counter was closed. Then he asks me, "What do you want?" I looked at him in dismay and walked out the door. I won't EVER step foot into that company again without an apology. Even then I will think twice. Don't know if this is a new owner (in which case they have just lost a customer) or a very, very rude employee. Nevertheless, I won't go back. It's a shame, Sneed's has been one of the best dry cleaners with reasonable prices and friendly employees. What happened? I had been working in the public eye for over 3 decades. This behavior from an employee (or owner) toward a customer can and will ruin a business.
