For example: we went to this store to purchase a Whalen Table which they did not have in stock. So she ordered it from a different store location and had it for us the following day. She took time in teaching and showing me Easy Rewards program so that customer can earn points on purchases and those points can be redeemed for dollars off. Because of her I was able to earned $49 and used that money the next day to purchase K cup coffee which she informed me it's currently on sale today. In all my years going to Staples no employee has ever taken the time to educate me about this loyalty program. In addition she showed me how to earned bonus points on the 3 most frequently purchased categories. I was so happy! I vote for her to be employee of the month for being so friendly and empathetic . The device's protective case does little to protect the screen from blunt force trauma when the screen itself receives a rather significant direct pinpoint impact with the corner of hard object. The device probably would have been fine if I had just let it hit the floor, but my wanna be ninja reflexes tried to stop it's decent and caused more damage in the save. needless to say, I failed my reflex save. The phone is two years old but it still serves me well and most likely last a few more years. Instead of getting a new phone, which I would have to pay for the cracked screen anyway, I chose to just get this one fixed. Stacy, and several folks we know, have had much success with a local place called the Cell Phone Doctor. (I recommend booking an appointment. They are quite busy. You can book an appointment through their Facebook page. They respond within a couple of hours) I booked my appointment as Fritz Ling. When I paid my bill I provided my full name. Upon hearing the name the owner stopped what he was doing, looked at me with a slightly tilted head, and asked, "Do you know Samantha Fotovich?" I smiled, then responded, "Just a little bit. She's my oldest niece of all five of my favorite nieces. Matter of fact, just this last November my Wife and I officiated her wedding as we made her and Austin promise to be exceptional to each other forever and be best friends for life." I am from Texas in town visiting friends and stopped by to update my work wardrobe. We were greeted at the door by a warm and welcoming face, Rachel. Even though we assured her we were just looking around, she didn't hesitate to help point us to the correct jeans we were looking for. Rachel was present and kind throughout the entire experience. It's not often a retail worker is this kind and helpful. Within just five minutes Rachel had roped in Madelyn and Kenzie. The three girls helped me pick out an entire new closet. They were patient and offered great conversation throughout the experience. If I could have these three every time I went shopping, I'd be the most fashionable and happy person on Earth!
