Lastly, when I asked for my items back so I could go somewhere else to make the return, he assured me he'd given me everything, but he hadn't. (Another staffer finally stepped in to help find the missing item.) I have worked retail and healthcare, and I treat workers with respect. This staffer should not be in a public-facing role. Then They tried to charge me $250 to package and ship out, and said that shipping alone would cost $170! I know that this is a third party service, but a price difference that is TRIPLE the price of what it actually costs is pretty ridiculous to me.
