When I got there there was no employee there and some packages and after a few minutes the girl ahead of me said the lady wasn't even helping her. He kept me posted on the progress and made sure the proper receipt and shipping acknowledgement was sent in the most timely manner. The dollhouse arrived at my son's home in Perfect Condition! I had a question about how he had verified the items, because he didn't follow the usual steps. The staffer first blatantly lied to me, saying he'd looked at the items; then he refused to scan barcodes (a routine part of the process); and then he insulted me. Lastly, when I asked for my items back so I could go somewhere else to make the return, he assured me he'd given me everything, but he hadn't. (Another staffer finally stepped in to help find the missing item.) I have worked retail and healthcare, and I treat workers with respect. This staffer should not be in a public-facing role. Their consistency is unmatched when it comes to quality and customer service, my two favorite things. With my latest printing request, I decided to contact a local printer instead since it was a smaller job (but still, a very important job). And the nightmare began-- with the local shops my emails were going unanswered, quotes were being delivered weeks later, and when I was finally able to get a response from someone and my product printed, I was disappointed (to say the least) with the results. I even had the local shop re-print...but round two was still not up to my admittingly high standards. So, I did what I should have done in the first place, and I contacted Richfield Printing. Mike gladly accepted my job and patiently answered my extensive questions. The job was printed the next day, and I was provided a tracking number the day after that. Two days later, the package arrived. I must say-- I was a bit nervous after the stress and negative results I'd experienced with the local printers. I opened the box and was immediately pleased with the care that went into the packaging. My product was beautifully separated, wrapped, and protected. (A very nice surprise compared to the way the previous shop had rubber-banded and thrown the product into a paper bag.) Based on the presentation, I knew what came next had to be good...and it sure was. Upon immediate glance, everything looked great...in fact, too great. I was so used to disappointment, this all seemed too good to be true. So I went back to look at every single piece, searching for error, but I found nothing.
