I wasn't calling to complain or be argumentative I simply wanted assistance understanding where my package was and hoped a manager could help. The person who answered the phone told me he was the manager. When I politely asked for his name, he refused and said, "I'm not giving you my name." From that point on, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for the name of the person identifying themselves as the manager, especially when seeking help with a shipping issue. I've shipped many packages through this location over the years, and the younger employees have always been courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, this interaction was the complete opposite. Customer service should be about listening to concerns and treating people with respect, even when the issue isn't something the store directly caused. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this location if this is the level of service customers receive from management. I hope the owner is aware of how customers are being treated and addresses it.

On two occasions within 3 months I have had very slow - like 3 weeks to a month - delivery to people living in the same zip code as the post office. In both cases these contained checks for services such as yard work. In both cases I dropped off the letters in the mail slot INSIDE the building. In both cases I had to hand deliver new checks to the individuals as they needed to be paid. Also we frequently get mis delivered mail at our house. I do not feel I can rely on USPS anymore.
