It feels that I am a bother to the staff while I simply want to pay and ship things. Most recently, a package I mailed took 3 full days just to be picked up by a truck and start moving (day 2 was New Year's day which I will acknowledge) I was not made aware it would just sit for over 72hours) - I would've taken to another location or fedex with a pickup scheduled sooner.
