If you'd seen how people's property was being stolen weekly by the owners of such stores in Florida as I had seen, you'd have doubts too. I've gone to have things shipped at my cost and at the receiving company's cost, and these people have always been very efficient. N.B.: make sure you know which delivery type you're choosing. The cost varies greatly, and UPS the company will hold packages artificially, so that they don't arrive early, even if they have nothing else to move, unlike FedEx. Insurance was something like $3.00 per $100 of value. That added up quickly for the lens. This location can also print larger format items, such as banners and posters. While it's generally more expensive than using the local post office, there is rarely a line, and you have more assurances that your package will arrive on time.

There was only one person in front of me but it took a good 15min for me to be helped, which hey, that happens. They weren't rude but they weren't friendly. I got my prints and they were obviously printed lopsided and instead of addressing the obvious they just hoped I wouldn't say anything. When I asked them to cut it down to correct it they made a couple of mistakes there too. Then they only gave me half the envelopes I ordered. When I had to go back in the store to get the rest they were like "oh how did that happen?" But no apologies. In total it took 30min to get lower quality prints. All of these things on their own are minor inconveniences I wouldn't normally care about, but all together they were annoying, and again, while not rude, i feel like apologies and proaction is needed when all of this happens to one customer in the same span of time.
