I've eaten here north of ten times in the last couple of years. It's always hot and fresh. They try to have good customer service and they are friendly for Riverton. I usually eat pizza and a salad here. Mostly personal pan pizza pineapple and ham. I sometimes order a medium pepperoni. I like the wings but at almost $2 a wing I'm not willing to pay for them. read more

The food is passiable but the service lacks. I ordered a dilvery and even placed a tip for the driver. 20 min after the pizza was due to be deliverd it was not here. I called and ask where my order was. I was told i ask for pick up and not delivery. The question is why would i tip a driver when it was seen on their end as a carry out? I could not make them understand this point. Sooo i had to pay an additional fee for delivery even though they insisted i marked carry out. Date - 03/18/2017... My Son, Grandsons & I had just been to see a play at the high school, in which my grandson performed. When the event was over, it was late & this was the only place that was open that had decent food (per my son) & who doesn't like pizza? We were the only people in the restaurant, so we were able to place our order without a wait & then we enjoyed pizza, chicken wings & bread sticks. YUM! ordered at 3:19 got told my order would arrive in 30 minutes waited until it arrived at 4:13 also my kids tipped when they answered the door. After he left I noticed we did not get our 2 liter dr pepper. So I called and got transported to the manage. All she said was sorry right when he gets back I'll have him turn around and take it back to you. May I remind you she offered no discount or did absolutely nothing to make make it right. I mean sure would of been nice to have a drink with our food, but no! our 2 litter of dr pepper did not arrive until 4:35 over a hour after we ordered and after the pizza was gone I mean kids can't wait to eat after swimming right! read more

We went to Pizza Hut and it took 50 minutes before we even got our food. We asked for drinks twice and never got them until after we got our food. The tables all around us were dirty when we walked in and were still dirty when we left. It wasn't like they were busy either. There was one other table besides us that had people at it. I will not be going back there again. read more

The girl who took my order seem to have a bit of an attitude to begin with. However, I wasn't a big deal. I ordered the pizza at 5:30 PM. She said it would be about 20 to 25 minutes for delivery. About 6:15 PM, I was about to call and see if they were coming, when the guy came to the door. I had ordered a pizza and a salad. He had the salad in the hot container with the pizza. I asked if he was trying to warm the salad also. He said it should just be fine. He was right, the salad was fine, it was the pizza that was cold! The pizza was poorly crafted and missing mushrooms all together. For a $15+ medium pizza I was VERY disappointed. Also, the salad was very boring and didn't even include dressing--and it was $4! I don't mind paying for something as long as it's good. I don't think I'll be Ordering from this Pizza Hut again. I ALWAYS choose Pizza Hut in Casper when I'm there and expected similar quality. read more

They don't follow instruction very well. I just ordered a meat lovers with no ham, but end up with ham galore! Medium buffalo wings and end up with blazing hot. Wtf?? And this is not the only time this has happened. Ugh! Just disappointed. read more

Do NOT go to or order from this place! This is a REALLY bad example of Pizza Hut! I called in an order from a flyer that was in my motel room expecting to have a nice meal after a long day on the road--that is EXACTLY what did NOT happen. First thing the lady on the phone says is that they weren't doing any more deliveries; it was 9 PM? I asked for a deal on the flyer, but was confronted with a lady who had an attitude AND had no idea how to 'enter that into their system' so that I could get the right money charged AND then, she proceeded to argue with me about HOW to enter it into their system! I asked POLITELY to speak with her manager whom I was assuming would know how to ENTER that into the system. She put me on hold for a very long time which tells me, she just put me on hold and left it at that. So, I got in the car with my hubby and drove to the restaurant. I entered, no one greeted me or my hubby, even though there were people at the register. It was two workers, one was showing the other, a driver, how to do something with his money earned for the evening or something, so we waited politely. After over 5 minutes, a very nice young man with dark-rimmed glasses came up to the counter and greeted us and apologized for the wait time. Took our order; and yes, he knew exactly how to enter it. We waited for 20 minutes and we were given our carryout order. Of that experience, ONLY the young man represented Pizza Hut correctly and he was very young; late teens!
