Let me say I had a coffee the other day and it was perfect! I had a half sweet vanilla latte and it was perfect. I went back today to get three small ($10 each) gift cards. She handed me the three giftcards and I notified immediately one had in black Sharpie written on it $19.39. I notified the gal and she informed me "oh it's fine. Well know there's $10 on it" or something to that effect. Upon further review when I got back to the car, the second one has $5.04 written in sharpie on the back. One of the cards is very well used and has the PIN number already scratched off. It feels pretty tacky giving these away to someone I don't know very well. $19.39?? Just kidding, it's only $10.00. Now I gotta spend some time scrubbing those markings off. Just some feedback. This isn't very professional. If you're going to reuse, maybe clean them or don't write a prior users balance on it? How do I know the PIN number / card number isn't saved by someone else? read more

I would love to love this place, and have tried many times. The gals are always nice at the window but my drinks always have coffee grounds in the bottom and the food is haphazardly wrapped and/or cold by the time you get through the line. It's been a few months since I last went, so I tried to give it another shot and had probably the worst food & drink yet as well as finding a large piece of plastic in my food. For a small town high priced coffee shop, I don't think I can bring my business or my businesses' business there anymore. read more

I've been here a few times and I've never really been that impressed. Every time I've ordered it takes a really long time to get our order, even with no line. The most recent time (today) we stopped on our way through and I ordered a white chocolate mocha. I am certain that's what I ordered because that's the only thing I ever drink. We pulled around and they handed me a mocha (regular, not white). I hate the taste of regular mochas (too bitter for me). When the guy handed it to me, he never offered to remake the drink, even after I insisted it's not what I ordered two or three times. I've worked in customer service several times and I personally would always offer to make it right for the customer. For this reason I probably wouldn't recommend this business to my friends, unless I have a better experience if and when I ever decide to return. read more

Drinks are always great. But service lately is extremely slow. 9 times out of 10 I will sit in line for 15 min or more with no more than 2 people in front of me. When I get to the window, my drink is usually already made, which is great. But when I order an iced drink, its warm and the ice is melted. I love the drinks and the girls who work here, but hope the service improves! read more

Get outta here with that everyday hot bean water, Pony Expresso is out here setting the bar high with their delicious coffee blends. Oh what's that? You didn't get breakfast? Fret not, order up a delicious breakfast bagel sandwich with eggs AND sausage. Don't have a car? Pony Expresso will deliver to you, heck maybe they'll hand-feed it to you (not likely, so maybe don't ask). There is nothing I love more in the morning than coffee and a breakfast sammie and Pony showed out with both! I got an americano with coconut milk and it was delicious. I also got a breakfast sammie with sausage, egg and some unique veggie cream cheese that was amazing. Not only is the food delicious but these guys also deliver! I have always had great lattes here. Not so this morning. My latte was lukewarm. No foam. And worst , reeked of cigarette smoke.
