I loved not having to setup paper boxes, hassle with tape guns, etc. and it made unpacking easier because the boxes nest together into a nice stack. That makes unpacking easier because as you empty a box it is out of the way - no need to flatten all of those cardboard boxes. Michael also makes things extremely convenient by dropping them off and picking them up whenever is convenient for you. You don't have to deal with extra cardboard and tape everywhere as you are unpacking. Just one less thing you have to deal with. Would highly recommend.

The boxes seem sturdier and of a higher quality than those for sale at other retailers. Even the roll of packing paper was superior to those found elsewhere. Had plenty of time to get everything unpacked once moved. We weren't in a mad rush to get everything unpacked--definitely helped ease the stress of the move. Once all the boxes were unpacked, Joe came out the next day and picked up all the boxes. It's great not having to worry about disposing of all the boxes I needed. Highly recommended!

The owner (Joe) came and delivered the boxes and even brought them all the way up to my apartment. They seem more durable than the average one's you purchase from your local retailer. After I was done with the move I gave his service a call and they promptly set up a time to come pick up the boxes. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone facing an upcoming move. Rented a UHAUL pick from them…read more Their gate didn't work to get out and we had to wait there for 30+ min when we were supposed to be leaving. No one answered phone calls, and employee was late showing up for work. Uhaul was no help either on the phone. Pretty bad experience The lady had us open an electrical panel and manually flip the reset switch around a bunch of wires. No discount on uhaul even though the time was wasted.
