Would give a 0 star review if I could. I received a package on 2/6, the driver basically tossed the package on to my porch and left it in plain sight of the street and sidewalk , besides having specific instructions not to do that , it was just pure laziness and disrespect from the driver. About 2-3 minutes after my delivery an individual came on to my porch and grabbed not only my package from FedEx but several other Amazon packages that were correctly delivered out of site. Amazon quickly refunded me for the items even though it wasn't their driver that blatantly made the mistake. I contacted the shipper just incase but they told me to contact FedEx since it was their driver. I have been on a long phone battle back and forth with FedEx , all they keep telling me is that the package says it was delivered and that's that . Not sure how the way their " trained " driver isn't responsible for incorrectly delivering my package that resulted in theft . I have received 2 voicemails from a Josie , first said the same as the rest . I called back 3 times during business hours and then finally received a phone call late in the evening which I missed because I was at work . The voicemail said they're closing the case and that they had tried to reach me 4 times which is a complete fabrication . I posted the video on my next door app and one of my neighbors showed me a video from their ring camera of my driver and the individual that stole my packages talking and having a laugh about it . This is completely disgusting and the fact that FedEx will not assume responsibility. What a joke this company is. I have sent my own videos along with my neighbors, the voicemails and screen shots of call logs to the authority's and several news outlets. The Fedex delivery drivers from this center are liars/lazy. They lie and say they tried to deliver packages but thwy don't know my modern intercom calls my phone for entry so I have a record when someone is delivering/requests to enter my building even worse, They also take "proof of delivery" photos that are shady (don't show correct address like an apt door, just take in front of a random wall) When fedex says they are investigating, its a lie. I just got the FedEx shipment center about them holding my package at this location because I could pick it up. I was told they called to put it in hold and would locate it. Relieved, I drove to go pick it up just for the lady in the front to say "it's in a container, I'm not going to empty it for one package" after I had just been told it would be located. I had been tracking my package and it was literally at the top of the pile because again, it just got there. She simply refused to do her job. I later get a call from FedEx saying they don't know what happened but now my shipment which was meant to be in hold is on getting picked up by a truck, on its way to my house and will be there before 3pm. I have a flight and was trying to get my package and I can't miss my flight which was at 11am. How could you not locate my package and give it to me in my hand but you could locate it in the same hour to put it in a truck? Awful service. Awful people who refuse to do their job and be helpful. Amazon used this FedEx to deliver my large box to San Diego. Apparently, they did not give instructions o the San Diego carrier to at least bring the box inside the lobby of my building, even though the door was unlocked and wide open. My experience with FedEx is not a good one. Half the time, they lie and say they delivered something and don't. They leave notes in the libby door saying they attempted a delivery when I know for a fact that they did not since I ensure that the libby door is open at all times when I'm expecting a delivery. Other times, they are too lazy to bring a box inside the lobby, thereby leaving it outside for anyone to take. We live in a very busy area across from a park. If I can give 0 stars I would. I am not sure if we have a new delivery guy or what but the past 3 to 4 deliveries, the driver will leave a door take inside the complex which makes zero sense. I live in a condo that you have to be buzzed in to enter. The FedEx driver gets into the complex but leaves the door tag on the main floor. If you can get into the main door you can access everyone's front door to drop the packages. I have called and complained multiple times. It is always gets delivered on the weekend now. I don't get any of my packages from FedEx if it is in the middle of the week; the driver is always leaving a door take 1 or 2 times until the weekend driver delivers it. I have a FedEx account with exact instructions on how to deliver my packages. My whole complex has been complaining about this. I wish to urge everyone to do his or her shipping through the USPS or UPS--or anyone other than Fedex. A friend recently shipped me a gift through Fedex. I immediately created an online Fedex account when I learned of the shipment and the fact that I would need to be at home to receive it during work hours, so that I could request that the package be delivered to my neighbor across the street, who is at home all day. On delivery day, I received an email from Fedex informing me that the package had not been delivered because I was not at home and that I could instead pick it up from their facility in another city. I called to request that it be delivered to my neighbor the following day and was told that, because of the manner in which it was shipped, Fedex was unable to deliver it to any address but my own. Reluctantly, I drove several miles out of my way when I left work that day to retrieve the package from the Fedex office. I demanded to speak with the manager, as I saw no reason why my friend's payment should remain with a company that had failed to fulfill its duty to deliver the package to me; as I had retrieved the package myself, the payment must be disgorged from Fedex and surrendered to me. The manager informed me that only the shipper could make such a request and that he much call Fedex's 800 number to do so. I informed my friend of what had happened and what I was told, and he assured me that he would call the number and deal with the matter. I have not yet heard what result he obtained. read more

The person who did come out only used the computer to clock out and didn't say anything to myself or the other people in line. I waited for another 10 minutes before I ended up leaving.
