I visited the FedEx branch at 13585 E. Whittier Boulevard, Suite 4 in Whittier California. The employee by the name of BRIAN LOYA was excellent and professionally handled all my questions. He assisted me with such courtesy and efficiency. Despite the busy crowds, he managed it all and other customers commented as to how helpful Brian was! I must agree and hope this review sparks you all to recognize what a valuable team Member and employee that you have on board! First, this was a second attempt to take care of an important concern that required me to email four different sets of documents, with one set consisting of 48 pages. I first attempted to do this twice on Saturday, June 13 at the FedEx Norwalk location. Needless to say, I wasn't successful and kept getting an error message. First I didn't select enough money. Secondly, an error message occurred saying that the file was too large. This error kept happening. Therefore I asked for help, and the only available attendant said "just resend it in 2 or more emails. There is no extra charge." I tried that and it still didn't work. I felt defeated. And I didn't want to send 4 to 5 different emails. So I left because she appeared to be free but working on something in the background. And verbally instructing me to do something and not giving me the attention that I required. So I left. Sunday I went to a different FedEx. The location in Whittier on Whittier Blvd. Robert and Mark both eased my worrying and successfully completed the task that I required. They compressed the file and sent it to my email. Because of this, I was able to send one email with the 5 different sets of documents. I was more than thankful for their kind service. So I decided to write this and show my appreciation for excellent service. Robert and Mark, thank you for going out of your way to make this happen. They took the time & listened to me and solved my issue. They didn't brush me off. They took the time to physically help me. No fobbing off at this location. Thank you Robert and Mark. read more

Amazing customer service from Robert he was so helpful and nice and I actually came from the fed ex / Walgreens in La Mirada and the cashier there was very rude to me so it was nice to go to a fed ex where I was treated very kindly and efficiently. Thank you Robert! read more

I have to give a star rating because it will not let me write a review. The store personnel get a 5-star rating. As for FedEx, they are a horrible company when it comes to obtaining information about a "lost" package. I sent the package on Tuesday 3/26 with a delivery date of Friday 3/29. I've had to call multiple times to get any information as to where my package is located. They cannot find it because they hub in City of Industry will not answer the phone. I tried UPS in the past and they lost a package in 2022, I am still waiting for them to pay for my claim. Looks like I'll have to wait for FedEx. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Whatever you do, do NOT come here for any sort of passport services. The third party company they use is a complete scam, and now my daughter who is leaving for Italy has to get her passport expedited. Due to their negligence we have wasted over 200 dollars on something that in the end was not helpful whatsoever. Very frustrating and disappointing, hopefully this helps someone who would have gotten scammed from them as well. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau as well! read more

This place is the worst. I came to use the self service for decorations for my son's birthday. I previously used their printing services but it's SO expensive just to print basic color on cardstock when it's very easy to do on your own. I'm using their printers and paying 65¢ a print on my own cardstock and labels and the color is TERRIBLE. I tell the staff working (only one person) that it's ruining my prints and her response was "you can have it printed in the back but it costs more." WHAT? You mean you're suggesting I pay MORE because your equipment doesn't work properly? So I already spent $10 at this point and still am not getting any help. Another customer has asked for help at the other printer and is waiting around for that one staff to be able to assist him (over 5 minutes by the time I gave up and left) Poor quality and poor service read more

I walked in to this location on Wednesday, 3/9, and was in a rush to print something. Turns out I hadn't saved my document in the correct format. I walked over to the counter and was met by Marcos who immediately jumped in to help. Noemi, his colleague was also incredibly helpful! Not only did they help me reformat my document they were able to get everything printed for me that evening. Great customer service, staff is very helpful. Came here to print some documents and also to scan several documents to convert them into a single pdf file. Process was pretty simple and user friendly. Only thing that it costs $0.49 cents per page when scanning, I feel that's a bit pricey but no big deal. read more

Park in the back where it's convenient. This store is large and I needed to ship some holiday gifts to clients in norther CA. The younger FedEx gal had me fill out forms and she packed my goodies within minutes. I shipped overnight one package around 8 lbs which cost 34.00 and the other package only a few pounds to Temecula for less then $10.00 I thought wasn't bad since it was very handy and a easy process. They were able to help me print my label at no cost (it was a FedEx label) and get my package sent out right away. There was no line when I went on Monday noon. Unacceptable customer service. I came in to drop off 2 packages, with 10 minutes to spare. The MANAGER told me that they had to process a "big order" so that they couldn't assist me in dropping off my packages. I have prepaid labels, all u needed was to drop off. I needed pictures printed as a valentines gift for my wife. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to sizing and how to work the copy machines (I'm sleep deprived due to being a mama to twins lol), and usually my wife helps me. Gloria D. was extremely helpful and patient. She took her time in helping me to make sure I was happy with my prints. Not only was she beyond helpful, but super nice. She made my experience at this location great. I'm definitely coming back here when I want my tandem feeding picture put on a poster. read more

On my last visit only one printer was working and some octogenarian was printing dog pictures ( slowly). I remember someone telling me to try the Fedex store. I went today and I was greeted and helped immediately . The sweet girl even printed what I needed. I was ASTONISED by the fast and professional treatment. The worker even taped my package. I went in to the store to the Fed Ex self service computers. After attempting to pay several times, the computer prompted me to ask for assistance. When I asked the worker, she implied that I probably didn't have enough money on my cards. I informed her that I had plenty of money and that wasn't the issue. Her response was that it had been "working all day". I left feeling embarrassed. When I went across the street to Staples, my card worked fine and I received the copies I needed for a new job. No thanks to the Fed Ex employees. Before assuming that the customer is the problem, at least look in to the issue to confirm. Maybe it was as simple as a cable becoming detached. read more

This review has zero reflection the staff and solely based on this particular store policy. Waited for the store to open at 9am, walked in to ship a battery to the manufacturer for warranty replacement and was told they could not ship it since it was solely a battery. Had it been a drill battery combo apparently it wouldn't be an issue but they could not solely ship a battery alone. Nowhere did I read online where it said they couldn't ship batteries. Mind you I've shipped multiple batteries out of Walgreens but decided to stop here since it was convenient, or so I thought. Ended up dropping it off at Office Depot down the street and they shipped it without issue. It would be nice if they made it quite clear online so people don't waste there time. read more
