I had a disappointing experience at USP on Friday, March 6 around 6:35 PM. The older Hispanic gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked about getting an RQ. I didn't have one yet and simply needed guidance on how to obtain it, but instead of explaining the process, he responded with passive-aggressive comments and was not helpful at all. Might as well let the man stay home. Customer service should include basic patience and professionalism, especially when someone is asking for help understanding a requirement. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. I hope management can address this so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

Last Sunday I went in to print some last minute table seating arrangements for my baby shower, but I was having trouble with my laptop. Elvy recommended some options but I was still struggling. She went the extra mile to help me troubleshoot further and we were finally able to figure out a way to print my documents. She even helped me cut them and I could tell she cared about them coming out well for me. She was very kind and did more than most would do. Soooo for drop off of Amazon returns. It's great. Other than that, their services are ridiculously priced. I had two - yes 2 - pieces of paper photocopied and it was over $1! How? A ream of 500 count paper averages $5-$6. I also had 5 pages scanned to my email and that was $6. They used nothing except a little electricity. Have a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff here are always professional, welcoming, and efficient. They really take the time to listen and make sure every detail is handled correctly, whether it's shipping a package, making copies, or notarizing documents. Efficient location for Amazon drop off's as they get the job done. They may not be overly friendly but I've never had a rude experience. I've also never done other type of business there so I can only speak from my experiences. They get the job done and move quickly on to the next person which I appreciate as I hate having to wait so long just to drop off a package. It is a clean UPS store, but I did not appreciate getting a lecture by the owner about how I needed to tape up the box. And when I say lecture, I mean, he would not let it go. First of all, I didn't even need to bring a box I was dropping off something for the Real Real and the instructions say that no box or anything is needed, UPS will do all of that for free, but I still brought a box because I had one and printed the label. Second of all, every other UPS store will put tape on the box for you, without the lecture. read more

This location is conveniently located right by my house. Plenty of parking right in front and the line goes quick. I came here to do a return of some ill fitting uniforms. My printer ran out of ink so I asked them if they could print out my shipping panel. Their email is: store7381@theupsstore.com just in case you need it. Anyway, he prints it out for me and tapes my box up. The box and packing materials I provided. He taped my box shut and placed my return label on it. Provided me with a tracking number and I was set. This service cost me $1.50 and on the receipt says "miscellaneous fee" which I didn't mind paying but now I'm left wondering if I hadn't run out of ink and taped my own box, would there still have been a miscellaneous fee? Idk and I don't think I ever will because I'm not one to return things often. Anyway, I'd come back to this location if I needed to. read more

Went in about one hour before closing. I was misinformed with the provided label that the store would provide a box for me to ship out my return. The store did not in fact provide one due to misinformation I was provided. I bought the only box they had large and oddly shaped that could be used for my return. The employee Everth was able to provide great service and cut the box I bought for me so it wouldn't be too large to ship. He was also kind enough to pack every else inside. I needed some documents scanned for my income taxes and I needed them ASAP. What great customer service and friendly staff. They sent scanned copies to my email and made me very I received them. So nice! I also sent some faxes here with confirmation that it went through. I do not have access to do these tasks and didn't know these services were available. read more

The older male manager or owner is extremely rude and talks to you in a demeaning manner. Idk if it's because I'm Asian but he was helpful to everyone else. Im a small business and drop off 10+ packages every day. This guy seems to be annoyed and always talks down on me whenever I come. I told him I'm not coming here anymore so he says don't come! As a business owner myself, this man deserves nothing good with the way he treats his customers. Reality check, there are many UPS stores around here. You're not that special. The entire staff at this UPS Store #7381 are great. Very attentive and very helpful. I am usually here dropping off my Express Mail for the company I work for. They have never lost any of my Express Mail. They make sure that my envelopes are scanned in and accounted for. I have also come here for Notary and Shipping as well. Overall great services. Place charges you to tape your package that you want to send back for a return.. Really? You're going to charge me for 3 inches of tape? Every other UPS location does it complimentary! Every time I have gone I have had nothing but great customer service. I am shocked to see that there are negative comments on this store. They are fast and polite. Never have had any issues but always leave this place in a great mood because of the friendly kind service that I receive. I came here to get something notarized and it was easy as 1,2,3. I thought it was a bit pricey, but hey it was a fast transaction, didn't have to wait long and they came through when I needed the notary.
