I had a package that had come from China that had all kinds of clearance issues and problems and I was afraid it would not make it here for Christmas. The package finally got to St. Joseph shipping center and I called FedEx about if it was on the delivery truck or if I could pick it up at the shipping center. Herb, at the shipping center called me back and said that it was to be picked up there at the shipping center or delivered the next day first thing. I decided I wanted to pick it up that evening so I would not have to worry about the package making it for Christmas. But I had to go to a movie with my son which I had already committed to. Herb, told me to call him and see if he was still there after I got out of the movie. At 9 o'clock I called him and Herb was there he let me in and I got my package. Drivers can't find the address or just don't try and make undeliverable. Customer service is outsourced to India and impossible to talk to someone local to resolve a simple fix. Escalated a ticket multiple times but same mistake keeps happening. You can't even respond to FedEx emails because they all come from nonreply addresses. Please someone using their brain and not a computer script start to care about customer service. read more

SAME DAAAAADGUMMED $#@%*&*! complaint as all the others on here--STUCK at the ST.Joseph 'delivery station for DAYS,then shows on tracking "out for delivery " several times--the truck DRIVES BY our house,claiming "he can't get in the driveway"--a BLATANT LIE--and takes it ALL THE #%$@! WAY BACK to ST Joseph--where the 'wash,rinse,repeat" cycle starts ALL %&$#@! OVER AGAIN! Nearly a WEEK of this going on,carryin our heater around in the back of his truck like a whore in a police paddy wagon. Fedex left my packages from walmart at someones garage. We DON'T have a garage. I called walmart. Now today fedex left my packages at a neighbors house who had moved away, (a empty house on Maple street.) My house is on East Nelson. Luckily another neighbor seen the packages and seen it had my name and address on it and gave it to me. Usually Fedex is good at delivering my packages, what's going on??? read more

package has been out for delivery for 5 days and has yet to even attempt to deliver package. driver has passed my house 4 times. when I call fedex they can't even get the office to answer their phone calls to ask them why they are not delivering the package. Very disappointing service. read more

UPS asks how the delivery went. FedEx doesn't and it feels as if there is a reason for that. Any FedEx delivery we receive out of Lenexa is delivered to our front door, which is listed as the appropriate delivery location in our account on the FedEx website. Any delivery out of St. Joseph is left on our mailbox post - in the country - middle of nowhere - out of sight of our house - as if on a platter for someone to steal. We even installed a turnaround so deliver drivers can easily access our house for deliveries. Lenexa - great job. St. Joseph - drop off where stated instead of leaving packages on display for theft. read more

Got text saying they couldn't deliver due to security issues. I called with in 10 minutes after I got the text to see what the issue was since I was home. They said parroted back the text. I said that is funny because I am home. I was told I have to wait till tomorrow to get the package. I will also let the shipper know not to use Fedex anymore. Honestly they are lucky that I couldn't find the half a star button this place is pathetic, I shipped a package to an eBay customer it made it to Lenexa Kansas from Saint Joseph Missouri and the package was lost, I filed a claim then they lost to clean this is a pathetic place that you're horrible at customer service nobody calls you back when they are supposed to worst business I've ever had in my life. read more

There is no option for no stars. I tracked my package all the way up until it reached this location then they put my delivery to pending.. Contomer service told me that I would be there the day it was supposed to be delivered and not only was it not delivered the day that it said put on truck for delivery.. It has not been scanned since.. Still no sign of my deliver over 24 hours later. I received emails saying to be there to receive the package and when I talked with someone at this location about the fact that I have missed two days of work he tried to tell me "fedex does not send emails". Called me a liar and insulted my intelligence.. If you have no choice but to go through this location I personally eould have them hold it and pick it up myself. These people are incompetent. read more

If I could rate lower I would. Their customer service people and "escalation team" merely make the matters worse. Took the day off for a delivery to arrive. See the fed ex truck quickly drive past. Immediately get on the phone with Fed Ex St. Joseph and tell them their driver just drove by, is at the stop sign but didn't deliver package. She says she can't call or radio him. Will have to wait 24 hours for next delivery attempt. Ask for management , get the 'escalation team' that merely mimics what Cust service tech noted in her report. They state the shipper put an apt. Number on the label. I pulled up the Amazon label. No apt number. Then I get a notification from Fed Ex that there's problems delivering my package because it had an 'INCORRECT' apartment number! It's a house! If the driver had just gone to the street address, he would have seen it's a house. Geez!! read more

Sent a package, paid for express shipping, then this FedEx doesn't want to send my package to it's final destination..... Could of atleast sent it to MARYVILLE, because the address i put on the package is a real address. Will be avoiding this FedEx from now on because i wasted $25 on express shipping because of them. read more
