Had a scheduled Delivery that I had to be present for from 6:15-8:15pm. I was outside the whole time with my 2 year old son, waiting. Looked online before I went inside, couldn't track the driver and there was no "delivery time" anymore. About an hour later I decided to check online and found out that they tried to deliver and didn't even bother to knock. They just left a slip, took a photo, and left. Not that this review will help anything! This place has to be the absolute worse place for deliveries. Last year these asshats lost a 300 lb. gazebo that I was returning to Wayfair. How do you lose a large package? Let me guess, it was lost conveniently in the back of someone's personal vehicle and is now sitting in their backyard. Because it was never returned to Wayfair, I didn't get a refund from them. And needless to say Fedex refused to pay for after being lost in their facility, so $500 just given away. Fast forward to this year and I've been waiting for 3 days to get a door from Home Depot, they keep updating the sytem saying it is on the truck for delivery, then after the "supposed" delivery time, it gets updated to say "delivery not attempted" - 3 days now we've been playing this game. I have contractors waiting for this door to complete a job at my home and all we get is some click and bait bs from FedEx. And forget about getting resolution with customer service, like someone in India or the Phillipines is going to be able to give an update, they just look at their screen and tell you the same thing you've already read. That's the epitome of stupid. Why would I need someone to read to me, when what I need is a damn door. Then they have the audacity to say they are contacting the facility and come back and tell you the same crap that is online (reading to me a second time). My packages always make it to Temple from thousands of miles away but these idiots can't make it the last 30 miles to finish the job. Corporate Headquarters should shake things up in Temple TX and fire the person in charge of the cluster f#&k opperating that exist there. Yeah after you sit all damm day waiting for your delivery and I never fails they send you some made up BS email saying your package is now coming tomorrow but tomorrow you will get the same shit all over again and again and then they have the audacity to tell you why not drive over to there office and pick it up yourself...fire the person that runs the Temple office problem solved. If need be fire every driver and the manager. Because there is no problem until it gets to Temple. Do you even read the reviews you suck. Said nobody was available to sign for the package even though it was my day off and I was home all day. I also have cameras as well as a doorbell camera. They never even came in my property. They just left a note in my mailbox saying nobody was home and to go pick it up. Not the most reliable shipping and more expensive. Dont expect your package on a Saturday or Sunday if the weather is nice and your tracking will say "undeliverable due to weather" yea weather the driver has other things to do on a nice day. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is deplorable. I shipped two black fine art paintings to California and they were ruined. The paintings were not bubble wrapped nor marked as fragile. I was originally told my package would be delivered on Saturday August 15th. When I got home on Friday August 14th, I had a receipt on my door that FEDEX had attempted to drop off the package that I needed to sign for. I knew I wasn't going to be home on Friday which is why I scheduled it for the Saturday. I followed the instructions online (screenshot attached) and drove to the center at 6 pm to get my package. They closed at 2:30. I don't think this is a problem with the location, but more so a problem with the FEDEX website. However, if a business is open then it is a "business day" so why didn't they try to deliver the package on Saturday morning or afternoon? It is their business day that follow Friday, or are they on some other calendar system?? Also, I wouldn't be as worried about waiting two additional days for a package typically but it's my cellphone which is obviously a necessity in today's day and read more

Another thumbs-down for FedEx Ship Center in Temple. If it were possible to give them no stars, I would have. This was my first and definitely last experience with FedEx. Period. My package was dropped off, I was given a tracking number, shared it with the person receiving the package, they inform me on day three it is still sitting in Temple. When I finally got through to Cheryl, she immediately went on the defensive! The only thing I had a chance to say was my name. She informed me my package was not there and she didn't know where it was. She then tells me that I cannot make a claim because I wasn't the actual shipper (turns out they were and THEY would have to make a claim!) I don't like making accusations when I don't have the whole story , but this woman is a thief, a liar, or simply incompetent! Maybe all the above. I do have something positive to comment on. The other people at FedEx I spoke with were very helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations. Too bad this one bad apple will ruin the entire bunch.
