It doesn't exist... was sent there by FedEx customer service and it's just a big tan empty building with a piece of paper with a note "FedEx drop offs at Asian Market". I called FedEx again and they don't even know where their Shipping Hub went... they had to "email" them and have them call me about my package. I finally got that rerouted... and informed them at least 2 separate times, that they have an old address and to please change it... But 2 weeks later FedEx, a shipping company, still hasn't updated it, and because of that, Google won't mark it as "moved" or "does not exist". read more

I went into to ship a package and I got the worst customer service ever. The lady told me that there could be only one person in the main area at a time. This was no problem I just told her I didn't see that and that they should put that at the top of their sign so people could see it. I didn't say it rude just a suggestion and I went to the lobby and waited my turn. When I went back inside when it was my turn I follow the signs put my package on the scale and stepped back. The lady did not say one word to me not even a hello or anything she clearly was angry that I made a suggestion so customers could see the rules better. She printed the receipt and set it on the counter without a word like Thank you, Here you go, Is there anything else I can help with, nothing and she started walking out of the room. I was pretty upset with being a customer and being treated that way I said your welcome she looked at me and continued to walk away. Before she left the room I asked her name because she didn't have a name tag and she said I don't have to tell you that and went thru the door and shut it. I stood there waiting and she finally came back I asked her name again and she said she didn't have to give me her name. I told her that I have never been treated that way by someone in customer service. To not say one word and to treat that was rude. She then said she could take my name and have the manager call me which has not happened and probably won't. I will never ship through them again if I'm treated so rudely.
